I contacted this company for my Samsung dryer repair. Technician arrived and inspected dryer said it cost 418.00 for repair. He said the part cost 300$ and labor 118.00. I researched parts and parts were extremely cheaper 90-200$. This person wouldn’t provide receipt for part. Said he get the part below market value. Even though he left my home to purchase the part. He wouldn’t provide receipt or evidence of cost. I feel like I was scam for over 100$. Don’t use this company. Scammers!!!!

Do not recommend! Had an appointmennt on a Friday. The guy check our air conditioning unit inside and outside. Saturday morning our air conditioning unit was shut off completely. We called to report the problem, and because it was Saturday, we would have to pay him overtime for coming out. We declined. Called a family friend to check it oit. We discovered he left our flow switch off which caused the unit to completely shut off. He also over priced freon for the unit and basically told us to buy a new on from them. I gave them one star because they have a great mouth piece.

Had issue with gas dryer not tumbling. Russel from A&R arrived as scheduled, found and fixed the problem (broken belt) quickly at a very reasonable price. Have used this company 4 times now over the last 5 years for other appliance issues and have always been highly satisfied.

I have been using this company for 20+ years. It is now going into its 3rd generation of the family. These are the nicest, most honest people you will ever meet. I feel like they are my family taking care of me. You will never be sorry you have called them.

I had a really good experience. They were honest, clean, conscientious, and respectful of my time. They called before arrival and even kept me informed by tracking the shipping of the parts. The communication was great. And they wore a mask the entire time without me having to ask. Thank you A & R.

Russell has been out a few times to our house. He is amazing. Fast, courteous, right on time and his rates are the best. This time it was the igniter on my gas oven. He had the part on his truck and I don't think it took 30 minutes before I was back in business. Thanks A and R - we will definitely be calling you back!

I paid A&R Appliance Repair $476.10 in full to repair my wash machine door, (Yes, I should have just purchased a whole brand new washer for $600 but I live on second floor) but once he was paid I never heard from him.

I had initiated all texts and calls for over two months questions about when he plan to return to repair my washer door. I was given every run around story you can imagine.

Today, I gave up and ask for a fund refund.

Please do not pay them until the job is completed and use caution when he tells you he has to ordering parts because they never make it in.
