Very satisfied with the service! Service technician identified the problem with my range right away and had it fixed in less than an hour. Reasonably priced as well

They sent a very capable service technician to repair a broken dryer. Why buy new if you can fix what you have at a reasonable price.

Waited 3 1/2 hours after appointment was set for someone to come to check out my washing machine. No one came, and when I called they said the technician had canceled, but no one called me to let me know. I checked my cell for missed calls, and there were none. This is a nationwide company, not local.

If you want an efficient & reliable business this isn’t for you. On Saturday I made an appointment because my dryer stop working they did answer and make me an appointment for Monday 12-3 pm the tech called & stated his truck was not working so he rescheduled the appt 3-6. I waited & waited and the tech was still not out by 5:30 I called the company numerous times demanding they cancel my appointment & they said they would but still sent a tech out after I told them I didn’t want their unprofessional services. This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever dealt with. They only have 1 start because I couldn’t give them zero. If you don’t want the run around & great service stay far, far, far AWAY!

I had a error code on my dryer that came up E 64 - for a heating element, that was told to the representative when making the appointment; they stated, however, it could be other things (turned out it was) so they had to come and make a diagnosis before giving me a quote; it was $69.99 for the service call. The technician was at my house for maybe 10 minutes at the most. All he did was turn the dryer on and off then told me I needed a new heating element for $400+!?!?!?!? I then called another company who diagnosed that it was my wall outlet that the dryer plugged into. He took my machine completely apart and was at my house for 1 1/2 hours. He charged $40 and the problem is fixed, my dryer is working fine! DON"T CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

2025 called for dryer fixed but expensive. Then called for fridge QUOTE TOO EXPENSIVE. Still haven't fixed it. They're diagnosed was incorrect for fridge.
