We had 4 outlet in our kitchen stop working and needed to hard wire the garbage disposal. The guys that came were friendly and fast! In and out in less than an hour and they even came a day earlier than our original service appointment. THANK YOU!!

The service was medium as far as fast. I had two outlets repaired, the wiring of which were behind cabinets. Graci Hart would not remove the cabinets so that was one our own. Less than 30 minutes of work, simply a wire repair, and the the charge was $485 AND I made multiple requests for an itemized invoice - it to date has not been provided to me. I am trying to find out what to do about that. Very sketchy . . .

Mr. Anthony at Rosevally Electric was very generous with his time, expert in his field, and the entire crew and office staff left me such a satisfied customer that I wanted to leave this review. This is the first time I've ever posted a review of a service I've received online, so this is saying a lot.

Rosevally was hired by our contractor to do the electrical work on our new 8 unit condo building. It started out great until we started getting towards the end of the project. Then our project manager started having constant problems with this company trying to get them to come back when he discovered that they didn't follow the plans and some things were left out. They said it wasn't their fault, blamed the other subs, the architect, and tried to charge the contractor more money.

After the building was completed, our owners would call us back after they moved in with minor issues which were not unexpected on a new building this size. With 8 new units, it is not unusual to have a few problems here and there and we would call the subs to come back and fix the problems. Most of the subs were great, very attentive, they fixed their issues and fixed them quickly without complaining or charging us. Rosevally, wouldn't! They were always busy, hard to get a hold of, would make us wait on the repairs, and later sent us a bill for repairs to fix their problems or poor workmanship. But because we wanted make our owners happy and Rosevally knew the building, we just decided to soak it up and always paid their ridiculous bills.

On one of our last sales, the owners had a Tesla and needed 220 outlet to plug in their car in to charge it in their parking space. So we paid Rosevally to install a 220 line from the meter room to their parking place which was exposed about 100 feet and crossed several parking places in the garage. So this had to be installed in metal conduit across the garage ceiling to our clients parking place and it wasn't cheap. About a year later it fell down on several on the owners cars and parking places . The association called Rosevally who said it would take a few days to get out there, they could fix it, but the condo association would have to pay for it.

The association went ahead and got another company to come disconnect the line because Rosevally didn't respond to their calls, wouldn't come out to fix it, and the line was blocking peoples parking places. I would never use this company again! They constantly blamed other subs for their issues, charged us for their problems and mistakes, and they never stood behind their own work.

I have never done business with Mr Sparky but today saw a Mr Sparky employee in Home Depot going out of his way to help someone that made me realize that they employ some really great people. An older lady (recently divorced) need help locating a few items and was not really sure what she needed. She asked someone who was on the isle (Mr Sparky employee) for help. Now he could have suggested she talk to a Home Depot employee or even gotten one for her would have been nice. BUT what he did was help her by having a brief conversation about what she was trying to do and help her find what she needed to do it and offer advice and direction. More folks like that are what the word needs. If I ever need an electrician I will be giving Mr Sparky a call!

Dave was absolutely fantastic. My pets adored him (even my very skittish cat!), and he was incredibly efficient and competent. Moreover, while taking care of an issue in the attic, he noted some unrelated shoddy work that could potentially cause me problems down the road. There was zero pressure for me to have him take care of it, and he simply wanted to let me know about it. (I did ask him to address it, which he did with efficiency and minimal cost/fuss.) I can't say enough about the company and the workers. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is a great company. Christian has come to the house several times, including the install of our whole home generator. All the work they do is professional and at the cost quoted.

Inexperienced know nothing

Slow as hell , I'd rather be at the dentist getting my teeth pulled with no medication.

Worked with them on a job site in Georgia installing a gas generator near a Target 1-2 months ago. (Unfortunately) I forgot the names of the guys I worked with, but they were really stand up dudes. They let us use their tent, fan, and even jackhammer. It's always nice to be around kind people.
