I can’t say enough about our experience with Supreme Pools and Spa. Our pool motor died and it was replaced within 2 days of us calling. There is no other place we will call for service and maintenance.

Our pool had been unused since hurricane Ida and filled with debris, the team came out and drained and cleaned the pool in one day to restore it to it’s original beauty. Couldn’t be happier, thanks guys!

So every time this person was suppose to come , he never came except one time . Quoted me a price and I told him that was a great price , I did not care because I wanted the work done . Still never came . Now I am not sure as to what the issue is , I contacted him recently , I went back to a old message from him hoping I could get service , he read the message , no response. I know everyone is busy but it doesn’t take 3 weeks to reply . So I contacted him this last time on mistake In search on google for someone that service above ground pools , when I called , he answered. He asked that I send him my address and name , so of course when you have contacted someone , the old message that I sent him popped up. I sent him a message telling him that I contacted him before and that if there is any reason he doesn’t want to service my pool , just let me know and I will move forward. He read the message again, and no response. If you can read, then you can simply reply . Since I contacted you before , that’s even more reason to reply . When you have a business as such , it’s important that you reply to customers when you can . If he had not previously read a message from me before and not replied I would not be doing a review because I would have waited for him to reply . He may do good work , but he answers and service who pools he wants to service . I don’t have a fancy in ground pool , but my pool is nice for my family who simply wants to swim this summer.

I kid you not I don't know what this guy did , but I haven't vacuum my pool this whole season since he left my pool is beautiful and blue ! Not once have I vacuum on put chemicals maybe backwash 2x he drained and acid washed I should have done this years ago! 6 🌟

We scheduled a bi-weekly clean and on the initial visit, Melissa did an amazing job - way more than we had anticipated. She was exceptionally detailed, cleaning the baseboards and Venetian blinds (which I typically forget about). I am totally impressed and highly recommend Hanna Banana Cleaning!
