POOR customer service. Attitude with customers. Callous & unprofessional. I'm telling anyone who will listen DO NOT use this company. Told him I have asthma he says everyone says that. Give your money to someone reliable & kind. Im calling the HVAC licensing board, LA Board of Contractors, & my home warranty service so what happened to me will not happen to anyone else in heat that can kill people with medical conditions.

Please do not use this company,. They are unprofessional, mini no-shows, the poor quality of their work is really really bad two months I’m still had to get another company to finish the work. I tell you I’ve never been around a business or company, so I’m professional in my life the way of this company operates is absurd.I can say when one crew came one day, and two weeks later, another crew came out neither check behind one another ended up having multiple problem because no one check behind one another what a joke. What a clown what I say beware of this company you’re wasting your time.

Beware!!!! Robert is a con man and a liar.
A few years ago this company installed a new A/c and furnace for us. Over the weekend our ceiling almost fell in due to a long term leak. We had Hauck come out to see what was going on. They found everything was installed half way. Instead of sealing the furnace properly they taped it.. they threw the old furnace in the corner of the attic instead of removing it, they did not change the 19 year old coil like we we’re told they would which is ultimately what caused the leak, and the A/c unit we were sold and told would last over 25 years is will have to be replaced next year because it is the old type of Freon. The estimate to repair the work they did for me is $7,6000.
