The technician's reliability and professionalism are questionable. Despite a scheduled AC unit replacement at 11:00 am, I received a text, not a call, claiming his truck needed repair, which he likely knew the night before. To compound matters, he insisted on full payment via Zelle before completing the repair, without providing a clear completion timeframe. Additionally, "Choice Home Warranty" has disappointed with poor customer service. Tech name is 'XAVIER"

Please stay away from this company, the technician that was sent to my home on September 4, 2025 This was the most unprofessional technician I have ever seen in my life. And it wasn’t just that he was unprofessional he lied to you to your face and then will turn right around and lie to your insurance company, he told the insurance company that he did a full pressurized test on my A/C system, which was an absolute lie. Then he wanted to charge me an absolute insane price to only replace the coils on the unit in my backyard, which would not have solve the problem. My cameras from my home security system caught everything he did and everything he did not do. My insurance company asked me what did I wanna to do? Did I want to stick with this company and technician or did I want them to send another company out. I told my insurance company that I do not want anyone from this company on my property ever again. Long story short, my insurance sent out another air condition and heating company and my system is up and running like new again. If this platform would allow me to post without any stars at all, that’s what I would’ve gave this Company for sending a technician out with such lack of work ethic and so disingenuous.Whatever you do stay away from FleurDeBreeze A/C& HEATING.
