VERY BEAUTIFUL KITCHENS.

They have a great selection of products but customer service is lacking. Their sales staff were very attentive at the start but completely left me to fend for myself once they got my deposit. Everything from having to schedule deliveries, workers, measurements I had to take care of myself. I must have misunderstood my sales rep when he told me he would manage this project from start to end. Anytime I called with questions or for clarification I had to wait days for a call back (typically it took 3 different times of me reaching out to get a response). Frustrating given the amount spent on the cabinets and accessories. Would not work with them again.

I cannot express how pleased I am with our Marchand Kitchen designed by Jason Verdin. Our house was completely torn apart by Hurricane Ida. The heart of our home, our kitchen, was the worst hit. I didn't think Marchand Creative Kitchen would even consider doing a small kitchen like ours. I had always thought of their services as more of a large scale kitchen renovation. Jason came to our house and mapped out a plan for everything. The care and time he spent with us from going through options, colors, appliances and cabinetry was unmatched. He showed us solutions to layout problems we had been struggling with for years! The damage from the hurricane was a nightmare, but Jason made our dream kitchen a reality as a result. Thank you so much, Jason!

We went to the website where we described our need and scheduled an appointment. This was so much better of an experience than calling around and catching the guy on the phone while he's in the middle of something else. I actually think I would have paid more for just that part of the process. In any case, it was affordable, done right, and pretty impressive when it was finished. His uses a billing software program, so no one's guessing about what is owed. In all, responsive, incredibly well organized and work of the highest quality. I think they're getting into building houses from scratch, so catch them now while they're still doing the small stuff!

Derek and his company were very attentive to our needs the entire time they worked on our home. Derek responded to emails and text in a timely manner.
We will have them work on another project within a month.

I was looking for someone to renovate my bathroom and make it accessible for my elderly mother. A friend recommended Derek Fogarty. I’m so glad we went with him. The bathroom renovation was done quickly and in budget. When I made some last minute changes, Derek was very flexible and helped to achieve the look I was going for. He also helped with other a/c issues that occurred during the renovation. He and his team are honest and get the job done! I highly recommend his company.

We worked with Derek on a complete remodel of our primary bathroom. It was a complex project that required a complete layout change for plumbing and electrical and precision it a tight space. Derek worked tirelessly with our designer to get us a perfect result. He was communicative, on-time, and on budget even when we ran into surprises during demo. When a few small concerns popped up, he was quick to address them. We had no concerns about having him and his crew having access to our home while we were at work or on a trip. They left everything extremely clean from start to finish. Derek’s eye for design and experience was invaluable, and he worked seamlessly with our designer. We chose Derek to handle a remodel of our kitchen and our two bathrooms. This was the first time we have ever done anything on this scale and to say I was nervous was an understatement - especially because once you tell people you are starting a renovation, they share every horror story you can possibly imagine! Well, it turns out that all of my worry was a complete waste of time. Derek and his team are absolutely incredible!! They are efficient, meticulous and honest. The work was done on time, on budget and to the highest standard. I am overjoyed with the result. And on top of the fact that he and his team do top notch work, Derek is a genuinely wonderful human being and all around nice guy. He is incredibly responsive and was always available to answer any questions or to help us sort through our occasional "analysis paralysis". His entire team is kind and respectful. I have been singing their praises to everyone throughout this entire process and I will continue to do so. Derek and his team did a great and timely job! Very communicative and explained what was going on. We had a second-floor bathroom leak into a downstairs bedroom with plaster walls and ceilings. They were able to open it up, find the leak, quickly repair it and then close it all up. There were three different textures on the walls and ceiling and they were able to blend it very nicely. Better than I was expecting actually. This is the second job I have done with them and would highly recommend!!

The Remodel Project:
1. Open up the living room into the carport and give the kitchen access to the new living space in the carport.
2. Build a workshop to replace the shed in the carport.
3. Create a courtyard patio to bring the outdoors indoors into the new living space that use to be the carport.
4. Custom made bookcase and pantry
5. Custom made outdoor kitchen

The construction process was fascinating to me and gave me a huge appreciation and respect for the trade and a better understanding of the costs involved.

I love the transformation of my old house into a modern home on the first floor using this company.
I will use them again for the second floor transformation in the future or a brand new build.

Five stars because I know it is safe to have them in my home whether I'm there or not, they stay on budget, they have impeccable honesty, a strong work ethic and pride for their trade, and they genuinely care about your home as if it was theirs.

We did a renovation of our kitchen and closed in garage turned living area, we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Derek with Fogarty Homes was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. We initially hired Fogarty Homes, LLC for what we thought would be a one-time project: tiling an outdoor patio and installing a kitchen backsplash. From the moment we met Derek and his team, we knew we had found something special. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of craftsmanship were exceptional. The patio tiling was beautifully finished and built to last. The kitchen backsplash exceeded our expectations with precise cuts and seamless installation. We were so impressed with Derek and his team that what started as a single project turned into an ongoing partnership.

Over the following months, we called them back for increasingly complex projects, including two complete bathroom remodels, floor installations, tile installation on an upstairs balcony, and finally, a custom hardwood staircase. Each project demonstrated Derek's versatility and skill. The bathroom remodels were impressive - they handled everything from plumbing updates to tile work with equal expertise. However, the staircase was the crowning jewel! It required custom-cut stair treads that were carefully stained to match the existing hardwood floors in the rest of the house. The craftsmanship is stunning, and it became a focal point of our home.
