I called to set up an estimate but I was told that they don’t do repairs on gutters only full replacement. I needed full replacement. So I was told that they were a family business and was told that I should call someone else to replace my gutters. They misunderstood what I was asking so I was denied an estimate. I would never refer these people for being insensitive.

Look, I don't know what these other doctor's problems were with this company, but I am fully satisfied. And I'm a doctor. They were very reasonably priced, and offered good selection of materials. We got the blue color and slit type gutter guards, looks great, and the guards are attached to my roof and the gutter! Will recommend in the future.

Zuppardo’s made my dream house come to reality. Every worker, starting from sales, project manager, the roofing and gutter team, painters were professional, always on time, neat and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. Sam, Ross, Darwin, and everyone else at Zuppardos were incredible. The work they did (building a perimeter fence on our property) was excellent, and they were incredibly responsive and communicative about everything. Honestly the best experience I’ve had working with a contractor in New Orleans. We’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to our people.

My fence started to sag because it wasn’t installed correctly. Thankfully we heard about Zuppardo’s. They came out and fixed my fence. It took them all day and they got it back up straight as an arrow. The workers were professional and very polite. I will definitely use them in the future.

Zuppardo’s assisted us in renovating about 1,500 sf of flooring. John and his team completed a demo of existing carpet and tile and installed vinyl plank flooring. They were courteous and professional and got the job done quickly. When the job was completed there were a few minor details I asked them to see to and they quickly addressed my concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys for your next home improvement job.

We are very pleased and quite satisfied with the renovation completed on our deck. Zuppardo's really did an excellent job and it was finished within an impressive short period of time. A shout out to company Reps John, Ross and especially to Danny who was always on site to answer our questions and make sure that the quality of work done was par excellence.

Zuppardo's Renovations helped me repair my home after an abandoned home caught fire and damaged my home in the process. Zuppardo's Renovations was quick not only to respond to any of my concerns but also worked with my insurance adjuster to get a fair and accurate settlement. The professionalism, diligence and quick turnaround is utterly amazing to me. My entire job was completed in under 10 days. The work included roof, fence, tankless water heater, windows, and siding replacement. Zuppardo's Renovations restored my property back to its previous condition, if not better than before. They also stand behind their work and have checked in to review their work after the job was completed. I don't know many contractors who would do half as much or care. I will be using Zuppardo's Renovations for all my home general contracting needs in the future.

John with Zuppardo’s renovations did a very thorough job explaining to me the process and products used to install my new fortified roof. Zuppardo had great communication with me during the whole process, and his crew did a great job installing and cleaning up the perimeter of the house.

My experience with Zuppardo’s Renovations was great! Everyone with whom I worked was professional, respectful and courteous. They did an excellent job from a well-explained estimate to painting the house within a reasonable timeframe. They were very helpful with getting paint and coordinating colors. All of the work done was of a high quality. All expectations were met as discussed prior to the start of work. The job was completed in the amount of time they quoted and they cleaned up well afterwards. Sam and the rest of the paint crew were punctual, professional, and hard-working. Maintaining an old home in New Orleans is hard, and I've used my share of contractors. John and Ross at Zuppardo's Renovations were hands down the best team I've worked with! High quality work for a reasonable price, showed up on time and completed the job on a tight schedule, cleaned up my yard afterwards so there was no scattered construction debris, and stood behind their work to correct minor "punch list" items post-construction before asking for final payment. 100% recommend this team, and I'll be using them again for any future repairs!!

Zappardo’s Renovations did an amazing job on my fence! I couldn’t be happier with the finished work and how smooth of a process it was. John was awesome! Super professional, quick responses, and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about you as a customer and his work. It can be hard as a female to not get taken advantage of or given the runaround when it comes to dealing with companies for home improvements but John went above and beyond to ease those concerns. Best experience hands down! I literally spoke to him on a Wednesday to finalize the agreement and he called me back on the same day to say they were coming to do the fence the very next day! It was completed in a matter of hours (including demo and disposal of old fence) I can’t recommend them enough and I’m already looking forward to my next projects with them!

I had a new roof installed by Zuppardo's Renovations. I chose them because Mitch's presentation was the best, and their price was competitive with the others. The workers were polite and skillful. Owners John and Ross were attentive with followup.

We had a few roof leaks from some storms. Ross was very professional and did a thorough assessment of our problem. Our quote came through promptly and once we accepted, they were able to schedule us right away. The guys did a great job, taking care of our property and cleaning up everything well. We will work with Zuppardo's again!

Zuppardo's did an amazing job replacing our dilapidated fence. The whole process was quick and efficient, with John coming to give a quote a day or so after calling. His pricing is fair for the quality of the work and he's very transparent and gave a nice discount for booking with him quickly. He communicated with us well throughout the whole process and we had a new fence by the next week. Would absolutely recommend and will use him again for future projects!

John and his team went above and beyond to ensure we got the best pricing and quality for the project. Our house needed an extensive paint job after years of wear and tear on our wooden siding and they didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend this team for a call.
