I had a fantastic experience with Trees By Wade for a recent tree removal job. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The team arrived on time, worked quickly and safely, and took great care not to damage my yard or surrounding landscaping. They removed a large, hazardous tree that was far too close to my home, and they did it with precision.

I also appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up the area afterward—you’d never know a tree had been there. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend to anyone needing tree removal or other tree services. A+ job!

BMS services our office in Homer, Louisiana and has consistently done a wonderful job. The janitor comes once per week and does a wonderful job each time, she is always prompt, polite, and calls ahead if she needs to adjust her schedule. She has become like a member of our office family. Billing has never been an issue. I am thankful for BMS and hope that they can continue to service our office for many years. Their consistent good work has made my job much easier.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 8 am. By 845 I had not heard from anyone and no one had shown up. So I called and asked what was going on. Gentlemen said that they would not be coming today. So I said that a phone call would have been nice. Gentlemen hung up on me. I would not recommend this company. Not calling and updating me was wrong but to hang up on a customer is worse. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Just had Tucker Electric for my fourth call since the business reformed. Each time I have intended to post a 5 star rating. It very much a pleasure to feel like days gone by when local folks delivered personal and professional service.

We contacted this company on Friday the 17th of this month in regards to changing/replacing a breaker. The company sent someone out that morning, the employee stated the whole breaker box needed to be replaced and someone from the office would contact us back. According to the employee our air conditioner had been pulling too many amps causing it to blow hot air. So therefor the unit has not been running. Keep in mind it is 90ish degrees outside….We never received a phone call updating us on the status of the breaker box. My fiancé called at 11ish, an employee stated he was working on the order and would send it over as soon as he was done. My fiancé called again at 1ish and the employee was kind of rude stating “it is a process, and they have to find one, they didn’t have any in stock. And it probably wouldn’t be done that day”……….. it is now Tuesday and after an extremely hot weekend of temperatures reaching almost to 100 degrees, we still have NOT received a phone call or email stating ANY status on a breaker box. It has been 5 days without any air conditioning. I understand that most electrical companies don’t work on the weekends, and I also understand that ordering equipment “is a process” but I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service in starting a new work week to not even have the decency to update their customers on an important matter.

He was professional and very polite. Reasonable price. Really appreciate him doing my work.

The guy was professional and easy going ! He worked and stayed late getting things repaired ! We plan on using him as our regular electrician from now on !

Initially Matt was responsive, very cordial and appointment was scheduled between 12:30-1:30 on Tuesday. He called at 12:30 on the scheduled day to say he couldn’t make it and would call me back.
I haven’t heard from him since.

Mr Osbon is a good man and a great electrician.
He's done several projects for us and we've been very pleased with everything. If you are looking for an honest, experienced electrician you've found the right man for the job.

Needed someone to wire my trailer to the meter box. He was able to come out and help me really quick! He got it done at a really fair price! Made sure to clean up afterwards and even gave me a few tips on hazards to be aware of. Very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Mr. Osbon was so dependable. He called or texted and stayed in touch with us about appointments. He did great work. We highly recommend him. He will be our electrician from now on.

He MADE time to come out and fix my problem! Professional and affordable. Was very prompt about his work. Always kept me informed of what was going on. He traveled to the middle of nowhere (my house) when no one else would. He will be my go to when it comes to electrical from this point on. Highly recommend Mr. Matt for all your electrical needs!

We called Mr. Osbon late one evening. He came to our rescue in about 15 minutes. He worked diligently to get our problem solved. He was so very professional, courteous, thorough and pleasant. We plan to use this young man for our electrical needs!

Matt was able to come install a meter pole with a new panel, 50amp rv plug, and put an outlet on there as well within a couple days when everywhere else I called said it would be a month or longer. He did an excellent job and it looks great and you can't beat his prices. I will definitely use Osbon Electric for any other projects. Very professional and over and beyond for his customers. If you need anything done give Matt a call.

I highly recommend Osbon Electric!!! Matt was super responsive, on-time, professional, organized, and friendly! My parents have tried calling numerous businesses (locally and out of town) to perform installation & repair, but unfortunately, the other businesses made appointments but never showed. I intervened and called Osbon. Matt was very courteous and responsive, and promptly scheduled a house call to troubleshoot the issue. He analyzed the situation and installed/repaired the fan/light/switch efficiently in a short amount of time. He was extremely prepared for the job and we highly recommend him!
