Very professional. Explained every part of the process. We had a gas leak that turned out to be far more complex than anticipated. The final solution ended up being to replace the whole gas line. Though we were inconvenienced for a short time, Blake and Jacob did a wonderful job and we were not disappointed.

5 star experience, no complaints. Had them out on an emergency after hours call because my pipes burst. Best rates I could find. Blake was fantastic. Knowledgeable, quick, kind, and did a perfect job. I’m not sure about the rest but if you get Blake, you are in more than just good hands.

My newly installed bathtub/shower was not working properly. When the bathtub was turned on, water would come out of the bathtub spout as well as the shower head.
Blake and Jacob came right out and had the situation fixed very quickly, and very reasonably priced.

Very professional!!! Ashley was very nice and got me an appointment scheduled SAMEDAY! Kevin was very helpful and was able to replace my hot water heater in no time. And they have a financing plan too if it wasn’t for that I don’t know what I would have done! Bayou Plumbing has my business for sure!

I used this company before and had an awesome experience. The second time however was horrible.

The receptionist is rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. Her tone over the phone is dismissive and disrespectful. She accused me of being rude because I wanted to double check the price.

Once I ended the call, she had the audacity to call me back to argue, very unprofessional!

1000% recommend! They were very responsive and communicated with me throughout the whole process, which was really helpful. They arrived right on time and was very professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater and explained the repair process to me! They were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, and I was very happy with the results. Blake and his assistant came to fix my leaking faucet and they were super professional and clean. Blake answered my husband and I questions and concerns. Both Kevin and the lady at the answering service were courteous, polite and professional. Kevin was able to come out the same day. I was at work so my son handled the visit for me. He said they were very friendly and professional and he enjoyed the conversation with them.
They did a wonderful job! My faucet had been leaking for over a year because the last plumbers I called gave me a ridiculously outrageous price! I found Kevin’s price to be incredibly reasonable and his work of the highest quality. Bayou Plumbing Company does exceptional work. I called the previous day to set up an appointment. They came out the next day and identified the leak and fixed it immediately. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. Reasonable pricing. Very professional and online payments were an option.
