Have used Pro several times and have been satisfied each time. Have used for stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each time came and reviewed, quoted price for parts/repair labor and came back and fixed. Suggested not try and repair 12 year old LG refrigerator (over phone so missing fee potential) and when I requested anyway came and determined was compressor (thought was just plastic fan) so too costly to fix. They fixed Bertazzoni stove (Italian make so not many can fix) so really cover lot of brand appliances.

Excellent service. Technician was knowledgeable and searched for hard to find parts for myJade range. I would definitely use them for any appliance repairs in the future.

Professional, quick, and easy scheduling
Even though I wasn’t available, for the appointment I could Unlock my doors from anywhere. So they went in without me being home and it was like they were never there except the fact that my dishwasher was working when they left great service

My child, the customer, was working and asked me to be the liaison. We have been using this appliance repair company for years! They are responsive, professional, upfront, reliable, neat, polite, etc.
The best part is the bill is always lower than I think it will be!! :)

Paige, James, and the crew at Professional Appliance saved our Christmas. Oven finally gave up right before Thanksgiving and a new one was astronomically priced and wouldn’t deliver until January so we would have no way to make Christmas dinner without their help. I called Paige, related the issue and she quickly responded with the news that she had a tech with the part in his van and that she’d send him over Thursday between 8 and noon. James showed up as promised, had the part, made the repair, and had the whole thing done in less then an hour. We made Christmas cookies last night with the oven he fixed and we are so grateful for their help. BTW, the price was reasonable and never changed.

Nice people but I wish they would have been a little more upfront on how expensive on how much it would cost to possible fix the appliances. It my situation, it makes more sense to buy a new fridge and washer than pay to have it replaced and I feel like they could have told me that rather than wasting 200 bucks to find out it would cost way to much money to fix. The same concept as trying to fix an old laptop. Best off just buying a new one. I ended up wasting 200 bucks just to find out I’m better off getting a new one.

I called this company on Friday they gave me their earliest scheduled appointment. Eric a very nice gentleman came out on time was very friendly and got my dryer up in working within a matter of 10 minutes he already had a part in his truck. I am so happy and pleased and I recommend this company to anyone who has any problems with appliances

Professional Appliance employees were so helpful when our washer had the problem of filling over time when we were out of town. We told them of the problem, and they knew what was wrong and were able to tell us how to obtain part that had been discontinued. Once the part came they sent a repair man in a few days to fix the washer. Great company!

Parts for my refrigerator are no longer made, but Professional Appliance Repair went the extra mile to find two parts and made one part themselves. They were also able to find a part for my freezer a year ago. I also appreciate their excellent communication.

My dryer started making noise in Memorial Day. Instead of waiting for it to stop working I decided to call for service and have it fixed now. I emailed Profesional Appliance Repair from their website not expecting to receive a callback till Tuesday. I was contacted shortly and service was scheduled for the next day! Service tech was on time and my dryer was fixed. Highly recommend. This was my second time using them and will not be my last.

This was my 3rd or 4th time to use this company. Every single time they have been professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Their pricing is fair and although they squeezed me in on their last day open before Christmas, they didn’t gouge me on pricing which I appreciate so much. They are my-go to people for any appliance repair. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Derek provided the best most efficient service! We are no longer needing a ratchet strap to keep our freezer shut. He diagnosed the issue within minutes! He is also a really lovely person!

Cannot vouch for Professional Appliance more! They were early for the appointed time, called us to let us know, and even asked if they were too early!
Changed a part that turned out not to solve the problem but would have required another disassembly to uninstall, so instead left it in the unit and said they would not charge for it! (I insisted on paying anyway.)
