I actually met Todd with Reliable Foundations when he reached out to my business for some dirt work. After working together on several projects, I can confidently say he and his team are top notch. They truly care about the quality of the finished product they deliver.

The entire crew is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and provides an unmatched level of service. It’s hard to find companies that take this much pride in their work these days.

I never leave reviews but I just have to this time. Vince with Reliable Foundations is the most professional and honest foundation contractor I have worked with in my building business. He has great depth of knowledge and the quality of his work is performed with the utmost integrity. It's a rare combination of qualities to find in the building business and was so much appreciated.

**★☆☆☆ | Communication issues and inconsistent pricing.**
I advise caution when dealing with Reliable Foundations, as there are several red flags regarding their communication and pricing.
My first interaction occurred when I gave my business card to a crew in an unmarked trailer for an estimate on my house, but I never heard back. Because I didn't remember their name, I later accidentally found them online while looking for a contractor for a client.
When they looked at my client's house, the estimate lacked detail and omitted the main foundation work. The estimator promised to return to fix it, but never followed up. Before realizing their communication was inconsistent, I passed their number to a real estate agent. They accommodated her schedule quickly and provided initial paperwork, but stopped responding when she asked for a separate required document. After a week of silence, they finally contacted her—but only *after* I posted an initial review, showing they prioritize public feedback over direct client requests.
Additionally, an acquaintance unfamiliar with construction was charged a steep $12,000 for just 200 square feet of basic backyard and driveway concrete work.
Given the incomplete quotes, poor follow-through, and high pricing, be cautious and get everything in writing.

They really did a great job leveling our concrete. Very impressed.

Brad Kiff responded quickly to assess our cracked and sinking driveway and our HVAC pad. He explained in detail what could be done to remedy the situation and provided us with the cost of the proposal. Lance and Nathan did a great job a few days later, were courteous and also explained the process. They cleaned up the area and were on their way quickly.

My wife and I hired them to level our garage in Mandeville. The work was fine, but after referring them to a friend, we learned they didn't have insurance. My friend is a roofing contractor that is wiser than us. Apparently uninsured contractors is a common thing. Now we know to call and confirm insurance before anyone else ever does work for us again. If you plan to do business with this contractor, be sure to verify their insurance first!

Bradley came out and did a great job of explaining the process, drawing up the actual work to be performed, and worked up an acceptable cost for the work. Lance and Nathan did an outstanding job of leveling the concrete areas surrounding my swimming pool. All were prompt and acted in a very professional manner, were friendly, informative, and each did outstanding work.....

Needed my patio slab lifted and a small piece by my side door. Came out perfect. Lance and Nathan were awesome🤩. Arrived on time and executed the job well. These two worked the entire time without breaking. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks again guys.

I would like to just take a moment to say that I was very pleased with the results of the finished project of fixing 11 of the cracks, repairing all the expansion joints and lifting one small section of my driveway. I no longer have to look at those really ugly cracks anymore and the driveway looks so clean and new now it was worth every penny. Reliable is the right word for this company's name. Thank you guys so much.
