A-1 shored up the back half of my house in Gentilly. The crew was polite, professional and did beautiful work. From start to finish Mr. Joe and his team were focused on my happiness with both my experience and the finished product. They were accommodating and offered very reasonable financing options to help me afford this project. Not that I would ever want to have a sinking house again, but should I ever need shoring services again, I would call them first.

My 120 year old duplex had a several deteriorating piers. I worked with Corey who was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me a whole new foundation. It took about 3 weeks to get on their schedule and they finished the project in 2 days. The new piers look tidey, they cleaned up their area and didn't leave a huge mess, and my walls had minimal cracking from the foundation movement during the repairs. I am more than satisfied with the service from A1 and would use them again!

House Leveling. Joe came out to evaluate our house level issues the same day that I called. Joe came up with a plan to correct our out of level conditions and gave us a very fair estimate. The team that worked on our house was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Joe came on the day our work was being performed to make sure we were 100% satisfied and pushed the team to get the best possible result. They didnt leave until after 7 p.m. on a Friday. For us the work was a home run and well worth the price. I would highly recommend.

Wow! The reviews here do not deceive. Corey was so responsive and patient with all my annoying questions. He arrived on time with a smile on his face and solved the mystery of my issues quickly. He restored faith in my home and it’s foundation work assuring that the problem was something totally different that would be a much less expensive fix.

Hired A1 to repair rotten sill plates and floor joists on my duplex, as well as rebuild damaged concrete piers. Corey was prompt and thorough with his inspection and estimate. The crew showed up and got to work, finishing the whole job in less than 5 days, even coming to work on a Saturday. They left the job site impeccably clean, hauling off all their debris and even hauled away some extra junk I needed to get rid of for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend and use them again if I ever need foundation work.

Corey came to my house one day after I made contact with A1. My house had ISSUES: improper work, termite and water damage, and sinkage. He gave me two different proposals that beat all other estimates. He and crew knocked out major work in two and a half days.
Now, my floors no longer bounce, doors don’t open on their own, and my indoor putting has improved tremendously.

We had some concerns about our slab foundation being off level. A-1 came out and did a complete inspection with electronic measurement devices and advised us that we were actually in good shape. We very much appreciate their honesty and truthfulness. They don't try and sell us any services we didn't need. Very much appreciated. God forbid we do need anything in the future they will most definitely be our first choice.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job that A1 House Leveling did to the rear extension of my Mid City house. Corey thoroughly explained what to expect so that there were no nasty surprises. These guys are great! I got an excellent recommendation from my neighbor who is not only a real estate attorney, but also a developer himself, so I anticipated that the company was exceptional and my summation was correct! Price was unbelievable inexpensive, the scheduling was painless, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was given full notice and disclosure of what to expect and the follow up was exceptional. I have already recommended A-1 to at least 5 other people, and I stand behind this recommendation. I needed substantial piling work on my front porch, and A-1 came out and assessed what needed to be done. They were professional and talked through exactly what they were going to do and walked me through our options. The work was done in a timely manner, the crew worked nonstop and the job site was picked up when they finished. Additionally, A-1 made sure a crew came out to patch and repair stucco work that was affected in the piling work. They were talented craftsmen, and I couldn't be happier with the work. The price was fair, the work was excellent, and they were extremely professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

These guys were ON IT! We were in the middle of a house sale and everything came screeching to a halt after we had our first inspection! It was an absolute nightmare but Corey with A1 House Leveling was there right away! They did amazing work and we're extremely professional. They were also extremely fair priced! A-1 recently replaced 14 piers and installed 5 push pilings on my 100 year old home. I have nothing but positive things to say. Here are the high points:
- excellent communication by Brewster, Cory, Erwin, and Erwin Jr throughout
- extremely prompt in all aspects (receiving the estimate, starting the job, and worked everyday until completion of the project)
- detail-oriented and gave explanations to any questions/concerns that I had
- kept a clean worksite during the process, and after the project was complete they did a good job of cleaning up

They even leveled two of my doors that were dragging the floor as a result of foundation issues. One of the doors had some rotten wood beneath the threshold that they replaced, repaired, and painted for no extra charge!

I would not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend A-1 House Leveling if you think you are having foundation issues!

A-1 House Leveling recently did foundation repair on my home, and I highly recommend them. Joseph, Corey, and the A-1 team are first rate. Corey was communicative, and worked with me on a scope of work that addressed my home's issues while staying within my budget. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and completed above board. We interviewed 9 different shoring companies ( yes, NINE!)!  Our home had a -9 inch differential and knew this would be quite an expense so we wanted to make sure we did our homework to select the best company for our needs.  We selected A-1 House Leveling primarily for the professionalism and willingness to answer my many questions.  Joe invested a lot of time answering my calls and questions before we decided to sign a contract.  We were impressed with the team who leveled our home.  They showed up everyday and worked hard.  They were respectful, knowledgeable, and communicated with us all throughout the process. A-1 was fast and did there job they gave me a good quote. Was upfront and transparent. A true A-1 job. Out of 4 business they where the only one to call back.

Corey and his team did a great job helping us restore a foundation that was sinking. I needed a quick emergency fix, to avoid further damage to the floor boards. Corey showed up, crawled around the crawl space, took pictures and had a crew out and done within a week. They were reasonably priced and provided quality work. They were very professional and easy to deal with, so that was a plus, I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Corey was quick to come out and I ultimately selected A-1 because their price was competitive but also because I trusted their expertise based on his thorough inspection of the damage to other areas by Corey himself and a brief consultation with the head of construction. Then, once I signed the contract, they were out the next day and finished quickly. Corey had excellent communication, the crew was always here when I expected them and the work was complete on schedule despite rain and other potential delays. After the work was complete, Corey came out to talk through the implemented solution and really eased our mind. I hadn't even noticed how shaky that side of the house was until after the beam had been replaced. Now it feels so solid everywhere you walk. I'm so thankful to Corey for getting this done quickly and easily and I would recommend his team to anyone looking for fair prices, knowledgeable and trust worthy crew, and good communication.
