Global Air did both sides of our double shotgun with ductless mini-splits. They are clearly capable, and worked directly with the manufacturer to get a replacement for a faulty part. I heard the manufacturer rep on the phone shocked that the troubleshooting had already been done down to checking the circuit board and they sent a new part right away. Just to illustrate, they know their stuff. On top of that, very friendly and respectful, super easy to work with while I worked from home during the install.

Two other companies told me I had to replace my entire hvac system which was a terrifying price tag, but Global Air came over the same day I called and for a very reasonable price fixed the capacitor and breaker. Turns out I didn't need to replace my unit! They saved me over 10 thousand dollars. Lovely guys at Global Air, so much integrity, don't price gouge or cheat you, great to work with!
