John gave a fair estimate, made sure to tell me what he was doing every step of the way and even accommodated my still living in the house while work was being done. He worked all day, even in the rain, to get everything done timely. Satisfied with the work completed.

We Hired This company To come and complete our home after we were Ripped off by another company. We were unsure who to trust at this point, when the contractor John came to our home he was very knowledgeable and Polite, he had photos from other home owners. So we took a chance with them, and WOOOWWW these guys came in a got the job done swiftly, they were very professional, they didnt leave any mess, and they finished our home waaaaay before the deadline we aggreed on. I WAS AMAZED AND SUPER SATISFIED. The Price was very Fair, in fact it was lower than the OTHER Company who dissapeared on us. We are finally home now, THANKS TO JOHN AND CREW, I WILL DEFINETLY BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Hired this guy to do work on my home started out good once he got money did what contractors do disappear like Casper the Ghost. Please be aware because everything comes out of his mouth is a lie. We did a contract and he still hasn’t lived up to it. He also tells you anything you want to hear. I know a hurricane hit so he assumes everyone receives large amounts of money from their insurance company so he’s a big fan of PRICE GAUGING. I only got a quote from him but it’s my fault but I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone I know stay away and be aware.

This contractor went above and beyond everything I asked! He and his team showed up early and stayed late. He was honest with me about challenges in the project I asked him to complete. He charged me a fair price. I recommend him for his professionalism and follow-through. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

From quote to job completion John and his team were a pleasure to work with. I initially reached out to John to get a quote for numerous different repairs in my house including replacing rotten exterior door frames (one french), repairing broken window, and a crack in drywall ceiling, etc. I ultimately decided to go with John after obtaining several different quotes due to his reasonable pricing, professional demeanor, consistent follow up and responsiveness. Over the course of 2 days his team worked relentlessly to finish the job. He kept me updated of their progress and did a walkthrough with me to ensure my satisfaction. After a day or two I noticed a bit of sunlight was coming through the exterior door, one where the frame had been replaced. I let John know and he immediately offered to come back out first thing the next morning. He and his team reset the door and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. He truly takes pride in and stands behind his work.

I've now worked with John Stevens from John's Contractor Service LLC for well over 5 projects. From significant size jobs such as installing central air/heat system, insulating and painting to building a back deck patio 30 feet long and 10 feet deep with a 9 foot fencing to simple straight forward painting - I couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is local, highly experienced and knowledgable on material sourcing and building codes and is bounded. John is very punctual and super efficient in managing his projects big or small. He's there to finish a job of high quality. He's very professional, honest and above all economical.

I would give John’s Contractor Service 10 stars if I could. My mother’s homeowners insurance company was threatening cancellation if certain repairs weren’t made. I had a very short window to get the repairs done. With less than a week before cancellation, John’s company inspected my mother’s residence, provided a written estimate for repairs and performed the services as stipulated in the contract. The work performed exceeded my expectations and the insurance company did not cancel my mother’s homeowners insurance. John was extremely professional and his employees were courteous and on time. I highly recommend this company and will call him again for any future work on my mother’s residence.
