Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. A tech came out on 7/2, said we need a new zone board but he got our AC working temporarily, which was great. The part was supposed to arrive in 2 days and then someone would call me to schedule the installation of the board. Never heard from them. Left voicemails, absolute crickets. Got through to someone once and was told to expect a call back once the tech could be reached, and again no call back.

Absolutely ridiculous.
