Had A Fassbender overhaul my entire plumbing in my 120 year old year old cypress house and it was done professionally and with the age of house kept in mind ,they did it quickly and cleaned up everyday before leaving. So very satisfied and highly recommended

Very unprofessional from the get-go from contacting them to lack of communication. It came over once said it had it cleared. Ask him about their warranty they said 30 days. Two days later had to call them back took forever to get there then found out later on they charge me again telling me there was a dip in the line and will happy to go ahead and tunnel and charge be exorbitant fees. Which getting stressed and upset that I had to put $23,000 under the house then schedule through a pair with Harolds Plumbing who is very upfront and professional. After weeks AB no backups I was getting suspicious especially what I was there when the video is one and didn't see any dips in the line so-called Harold's Plumbing out and paid for additional video and found out there was nothing wrong with the line no dip and no reason to do the repair. Fassbender sewer was being untruthful and tried to charge for a repair that was unnecessary. To this day we just been months later the sewer line still has not backed up. I have used Harold's Plumbing in the past and he was always straight and professional. Besides the over $23,000 I didn't need to spend Fassbender gave me a lot of stress and moving money around to get this thing paid for. They are the worst

I recently moved into an old home with little to no sub-surface drainage. At the recommendation of my architect and several others in the house-type business, I contacted A Fassbender. Anthony himself came out for not only the initial estimate, but every day on the job which they were able to start almost immediately. They cleared my yard, laid more than 100 feet of pipe underground, created Invisible drainage to the street. This was accomplished in three full days! The crew was professional and friendly and Anthony explained every step of the process, which was extremely helpful. He also was able to recommend an outstanding cement expert to Install a retaining wall and complete the leveling in the yard To ensure proper drainage. Excellent, full service work, and a super nice guy! Recommend highly.

We had a plumbing team come out to our home in New Orleans to check out a leak in our tankless water heater. Jermaine quickly found the source of the problem and explained what needed to be done. Even though it turned out that the entire water heater needed to be replaced, Jermaine worked with the warranty department for our water heater and managed to get us a brand new unit. They ordered the replacement and installed it the very next day. Lucas handled the installation, and he was right on time, kept us updated, and did a top-notch job with both the setup and the clean-up. He also made sure we understood how to use the new system and maintain the warranty. Both Jermaine and Lucas were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy for us. We had a great experience and highly recommend their plumbing services!

Personal muy amable,para llegar en camión con caja de 53 pies es muy complicado,la forma más fácil de llegar si llegas por la i10,entra por n causeway blvd asta la 90 Jefferson hay,gira a la izquierda asta llegar a carrollton ave,te retornar a 100 pies de la avenida para poder tomarla ya que está prohibida la vuelta en el semáforo,sigues por carrollton ave asta banks st,giras a mano derecha asta llegar a telemachus st,giras a mano izquierda y llegas a domicilio.das vuelta a mano derecha,te descargan por el lado de la bodega casi asta el final dela calle

Terrible customer service. We purchased a hot water heater from them which started to leak while under warranty. We got authorization from the manufacturer for Ken Brown to replace it. They did not have the replacement and would not help us to make arrangements with another supplier after telling us they would.
