$400 to replace a pilot on my oven because the tech was too busy MILKING the clock! Called and they refused an adjustment, quoting the tech is reliable and never does that. Will never use your services again.

It took a week to get here. Waaay too expensive. $352.00 to replace a capacitor in a conveyor oven. Part was $15. The rest was labor and travel. Being a small business this makes it hard to be successful when people charge so much for such a small job. I found the tech to be knowledgeable but he moved like a snail to get that billable time in. Not very personable. Time will tell on the repair. I am not a cheapskate but find this charge to be outrageous.

Service guy, Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job getting us back running our granita machine. Thanks!

Great service with knowledgeable technicians for commercial service. For those negative responses and complaints about high costs, do the work yourself or don't utilize commercial appliances. Parts cost and labor are at an industry standard. I would like Heritage in Elmwood to have more parts on hand however.

Scott and the installation team were amazing! Got the new ovens up and running before the agreed time. Quality & Timely Service!

Ridiculously charged for just to take a look at issues. Over $500 just to spend a 10 minutes Technisian at store. That’s all . This is way to high prices . Can’t afford this .

I'm still reeling at the charges for replacing a thermostat in my commercial oven. The charge for the initial visit was $130 labor and $155 travel! The return visit to install the part was $164 for the part, $325 labor and another $90 for travel. The total for having a simple part replacement came to $987.68!
As we are a 501C charity that serves 2 meals a day, 5 days a week to the less fortunate, this unexpected hit to our funds is truly galling.

The Tech showed within 3 hours of the initial call and was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in a timely manner. i will be using them again.

Terrible experience, not recommended! They had to service my oven. They had to come like 10 times to fix that oven and it will stop working few days after service. After paying crazy amount of money without fix I called another company to service! Guess what?! They fixed it in 5 minutes.
Those technicians are not knowledgeable enough

Whoever is driving this truck is driving recklessly cutting people off at the last minute and hitting their breaks randomly. Clearly not an isolated issue from what I've seen in other comments.

The Driver operating this vehicle exhibited dangerous aggressive driving. They tailgated me for more than 3 miles on the interstate.Eastbound headed Slidell la.

Paid $575 before the service tech even left we had no option to dispute the $180 travel fee even though they are located less then 5 minutes drive from our Business. Couldn’t debate the $395 for labor that was to just diagnose the problem either. As a small business paying $575 to diagnosed a problem much less the $2400 they quoted us to fix the problem is completely outrageous, as a business owner I understand no one works for free but man it sure makes me rethink that I went into the wrong business for sure. Would give no stars if possible.

Horrible service horrible pricing, but what can you expect when they are the only "approved" vendor for commercial kitchen repairs for brands like Duke and Nu-Vu. For positives, quick turn around between estimate and scheduling for repair. Cost me over $2,000 between parts and labor to convert an oven/proofer. Invoice was wrong, showed no labor hours, missing a whole part, I had to pay at midnight via card (the only option they allow), the day of the work so I prepaid basically for something that was not yet done. They quoted 4 hours of labor and oh so conveniently that's what it took, after I already paid. Plus the fact they sent 2 staff members for this, yet one of them sat around for the last hour plus fielding calls for other issues that I had to pay for. Terrible company

Nothing short of a great experience with heritage. Everyone was lovely from the dispatching team (Cindy and Anthony) to the service team (Joe and Patrick). They were all very responsive and great to work with. Very attentive, very helpful and got the job done really quickly and everything was great. I had a fuse blow in my soft serve machine and then three days later had a transformer go out. Now I’m back in operation and turn around was fast. Customer service was amazing!

Many companies repair appliances, but two things distinguish the best of the bunch: attention to detail and communications skills. Paul, Heidi, and the team at Heritage were very clear from the get-go about the repair process, pricing, and everything else. They were outstanding when it came to letting us know when parts would come in and when they would be on-site. Repairs are rarely inexpensive, but I felt much better about paying for work that was done by competent, thorough, friendly staff.

Worst radio add of all time it’s so annoying

    2

Small inventory for communication companies such as lugs for rectifier and bonding. Since Paul retired, the counter personal seem overwhelmed. Not a good experience at all.

Highly knowledgable people with good looks and charm.
