B E W A R E: I contacted this “small” business and made an appointment. As I explained to the male who took my info that I was experiencing electrical lights going dim and bright. Next day, The company owner showed up and after “analyzing” the outside electrical box and analyzed inside kitchen outlets... came to conclusion my house “needed 2 additional wires from the outside box”! He was here for maybe 15 minutes and said the cost would be $600.-$800. PLUS carpentry expenses!!! This cost me $125. WHICH A PORTION MAY be applied to “fixing the problem”! Had another electrician come over- within 5 minutes found that the main grounding screws inside the outside box were loose! He tightened those and charged $25. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ROLLINS ELEC CO TO PUT A 6-ft EXTENSION TO MY DOGS’ HOUSE!!! TOTAL SHYSTER!!!! John Castelluccio Metairie LA

I had a fluorescent light that I couldn't get working after trying to change the bulbs; I called Troy and he was on site, diagnosed the problem, came back with the part and had the light working within the hour. Great work, highly recommended.

Troy Rollins is the best electrician we've ever used in New Orleans, and there have been a few since we have an old house with plenty of knob and tube wiring. He immediately identified our situation and put us at ease where others had tried to lead us down a far more costly and time-consuming path. I'm keeping his card on file for sure.
