If you need tree work done in Pointe Coupee parish and surrounding area, I highly recommend Rocky's Tree Service. They provide a highly professional service at a fair price. I've hired them on multiple occasions for tree removal and stump grinding. They always provide exceptional service and go above and beyond my expectations.

Rocky's team is the best around! Always prompt, professional, honest and affordable. Have used his tree company to remove many large trees over the years... two giant pecan trees, a live oak tree, and numerous tall pine trees. They do stump grinding and can haul it away too. Always pleased with the results.

Called to get a couple trees cut down. He was quick and professional! I’ll call him for all of my future needs!!

Had a problem of my generator running when I still had power. Called the office at noon on Friday and had a repair man at my home within an hour. Fully repaired by dinner time!!! Thank you!

Today I had to call Genset for the 2nd time after discovering an odor of gas coming from the generator. There's no way after the first call that they should have left here without double checking everything. From the moment the contract was signed, I've regretted giving them my business. The entire process has been, as nicely as I can put it, a circus.

New Roads GenSet is the best. Brice came out today and serviced our generator. After he finished he told us exactly what he did and even got rid of a wasp nest. Very friendly.

Charged me over $200 just to tell me they don't work on my unit. What a rip off! ((Called hmc generator within just a minute they determined that it was a bad voltage regulator, changed it, boom. Back in business!)) Genset told me I needed to buy a new generator. I feel that this was an intentional lie. Bad business!

Still having issues! I went through my home warranty company... they came with No hose long enough, no Shovel, no gas in the compressor no electric cord etc. This second time I'm on day 8 and after days of excuses, I called a local plumber.

Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with under any circumstance. They promise to show up and then never do. I have been trying to get my repair completed since August! The Home Warrenty company (American Home Shield) is making me use them. It is beyond painful and frustrating. They have stood me up 8 times!

American Home Shield sent them to do some plumbing work to my home. After calling a week they finally showed up to do the work. After 2 Hurricanes they were supposed to cone finish the work and they had all sorts of excuses. My home is still full of holes that they made and never returned to fix. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
