Samsung repair provided excellent service when they fixed my dryer. The technician was prompt and efficient, and had it working like new in no time.

Repair technician came right away to check our dishwasher and few minutes later, he found the problem and fixed it immediately. The cost was inexpensive given the quick response and repair time. They were friendly and professional. We’ll definitely call again if we need repair.

You are told that you need to pay a diagnostic fee up front, whish is understandable. However, you are also told that if you make arrangements to get the job completed, that fee will be applied towards your bill. That is not the case. They add that to your bill even though you already paid it and claim that is was applied towards the bill.

As soon as I got off the phone after making the appointment, I got a call stating that there would be an additional charge of $100+! After the initial $79 trip charge! These people are a scam! This is before they even stepped into my house to see the scope of the job.
