Austin did an excellent job with his crew to install my new HVAC system. It is very comfortable in the house now and air is much better distributed. He also ensured all debris was removed prior to leaving the job. I would have liked to have some additional insulation around my ductwork, however.

I called Cajun Comfort for a whole house generator quote. Cajun Comfort's price is outright price gouging. Best advice I can share for those in the whole house generator market is to look up the price of the materials they quote you and then subtract that from the quote, what you have left is at most 2 days labor.

I had a problem with a noise I was hearing so called and someone came out within couple hours to check it, There was a part needed to be he replaced. Now its blowing good heat. Just in time for freezing weather. Thanks so much Drew Schafer.

Cajun Comfort did an excellent job guiding me through the process of replacing my current HVAC system. Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received three quotes from other reputable companies, but they came back very affordable and more importantly made me comfortable trusting them. The install was quick and painless. The workers were all friendly and very respectful of my home. They left the house spotless and installed a new HVAC system and ducts in less than a day. Afterwards, Shane setup my new thermostat and walked me through every step I would genuinely recommend them to anyone.

I'm a first time customer and my Customer Solution Representative Brandon was awesome! He checked my a/c throughouly and found the problem and fixed it right then and there. A poor lizard fried itself on my capacitor causing my box trip. Brandon replaced it and my a/c is working like it should. All I can say is thank you, thank you! Our heater went out on a Sunday and my house was 57 degrees! I called and Mr. Philip was her in less than 30 minutes. He got us up and running. Also, the office staff are phenomenal.
