It is obvious this company strives to exceed expectations. The lower element in my Bosch oven failed after eight years. Beca took my call and scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Riley arrived within the promised time replaced the element, was polite and equipped with everything needed to complete the job.

Very quick and very professional! They were flexible with my work schedule and gave me plenty of time slots to choose from. Jeremy was great. He fixed my refrigerator in 15 minutes and it only costs me less than $200 dollars. They have very affordable rates. I tried several different repair places and this one was by far the most professional and had the most reasonable prices. My refrigerator is running like new again🤗!! Thank you Hittman Services!

Great service!! I spoke with Nelson who was able to get someone out to work on our dryer days earlier than expected! Kevin came out and had us all set in less than 30 minutes. Quick, easy, and awesome service all around!

Jeremy worked on our dishwasher.After repairing the initial problem and getting it started,he found other needed repairs that would’ve been very costly. We decided not to continue.He willingly gave us a refund on the work he had done which had nothing to do with the additional work needed. It was to me a show of great integrity and customer care the likes of which is very rare these days. I HIGHLY recommend this repairman to anyone looking for service from someone who knows what he’s doing and cares about the customer.

Riley of Hittman Services deserves high praise for fixing my dishwasher. He arrived on time, swiftly addressed the issue, and exhibited the utmost professionalism throughout. The quality of his work was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any appliance repairs.

Like others have stated, $100 dollars to just diagnose is fine if it goes towards the bill which it does not. They will most certainly have to come out twice, which is fine. I get supply issues. I even understand the $100 dollars.

What I do not understand is how the person who comes out leaves our dryer in worse shape than they found it. Not only was things not secure that my wife had to run out and get the repair person to come back and tighten, but the lid of the dryer now lifts up, which it did not previously do.

Is this a bad company? No. They seem responsive and their work is okay, but it's not the quality of work I would expect. They also didn't even test the dryer before they left which I consider being a major no-no in repair. I guess it is what it is, but I certainly would consider another company before paying another $350 dollars to fix a piece that cost roughly around $50, especially if all the parts don't fit back correctly. I'll report more on what I find months down in the road when it will most likely break again.

The owner came out to resolve the problem. I consider this a major win for any company that response to feedback in a more positive way. As so, I am changing my rating. This is something rare and I would do business with them again.

I had a double wall oven that was not working correctly, 2 weeks before thanksgiving. I called and scheduled an appointment with their answering service. They gave me a 2 hour window that they could come and check it. They sent out their technician, Kevin Wood. He was very professional and honest. He gave me a price on repairs, which we decided not to fix because of the age of the oven. We ended up buying a new oven from a local company and hittman services came back out to install the new oven for us. Their prices were very fair. Jeremy, the owner of the company, who actually installed the oven was very professional and did a excellent job with the install. We will call again for the next appliance issue. Thanks guys for saving us to have a good thanksgiving!!

Had a gas-flow/valve issue on my gas range at home. The guys were friendly, professional, and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. Problem solved in 20 minutes.

Nelson was super helpful and courteous with getting me scheduled for a visit. Kevin and Adam came to do service and actually went above and beyond with fixing my machine. Even Delilah, my Great Dane, didn’t mind them being in the house! 🤣. Don’t let me forget Abby. She was super nice when she called to give me the quote for parts and labor. Hittman service was awesome all the way from start to finish. I will never call another repair service as long as I live in the area. Thanks Hittman for everything.

Scheduling with Nelson was easy and he kept in contact with me to stay updated. Kevin was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, which worked out better for me and my tenant. He was very thorough and made sure the problem with the oven could be fixed by the simplest means, instead of going straight to a costly repair, which says a lot considering how old the stove/oven is. Very happy with Hittman's service.

I can not thank Hittman or recommend them enough. My dishwasher went on the blink and they were super quick in responding and getting someone out to take a look at it. Jeremy was super nice and got me back up and running in no time!

Definitely recommend these guys. Jeremy was very knowledgible, friendly, and honest. What more could you ask for in a Repairman. This will be my go to recommend for any repairs in the area. I would strongly advise you to consider another company if you are trying to have an appliance repaired. I would give them zero stars if I could. This company came out to fix our dishwasher. The technician did not fix the dishwasher and left the bolts that hold the dishwasher is place off and we had to call them back out to put the dishwasher back in place properly. What we did not know was that they did not repair the dishwasher with the appropriate materials therefore causing the dishwasher to leak and causing $23,000 worth of damage to our flooring, cabinets, etc. and an additional loss of income because our tenants could not be in the home while mitigation and water damage was being done. We contacted the owner, Jeremy, and he came out and assessed the property damage and assured us that he would take care of the damages that his company caused. He then began not returning our phone calls after he promised to pay for the damages. He will still not return our texts, phone calls and emails. We will pursue this matter further legally if he does not live up to his promise and pay the damages to our property.

Lots of praise for this company!! Started with Liz in the phone who was extremely nice and helpful and a great listener!! She helped figure out what I needed and set it all up. Kevin arrived on time and actually waited a few minutes for me to arrive. He took care of the problem quickly and very professionally. I’m impressed with this business and will definitely use them in the future as needed. Well done!!

We have a unique home set up and I explained everything to Nelson. He gave Liz my number who spoke with the technicians before calling me back so she was prepared with answers. I definitely appreciated the effort. Nelson also was very polite and managed to ensure we got the time slot Liz and I discussed when it took me over 24 hours to call back. Kevin was our technician and he talked me through different questions I had about the set up and some concerns I had. They were all extremely kind and professional!

We had a problem on the installation, but Mr. Jeremy Hitt is a very upstanding and reasonable man that fully supported us me on this installation. It means a lot to deal with a person such as Jeremy Hitt.

We called Hittman Services after our dryer had malfunctioned. They responded and arrived quickly, with a fast turnaround after receiving an extremely fair quote.

Kevin was extremely patient and explained to me the issues and completed the repairs in no time! The cherry on top was when Kevin ran another quick inspection and realized the issue wasn't as dire, so he let me know, which significantly dropped the repair price.

Honest, understanding and extremely good work all around! Will be using Hittman Services for any appliance repairs moving forward.
