Following a storm, one of our large oaks was severely damaged. I called them, and they completed the removal quickly. The staff was competent, careful around power wires, and left the yard in excellent condition. They also described what they were doing with each step.

We highly recommend Joles Tree service as they did an awesome job of removing trees, grinding stumps, trimming other trees and cleaning up afterwards.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend and use them again. Used them a couple different times for cutting/trimming trees and stump grinding.

Joles had crews in our neighborhood and had great reviews. They set up an assessment within 2 days, provided a firm estimate, and were able to start the same day. During the tree trimming, we determined one tree needed to be removed. After all the work (over only 2 days total), our trees look great. I was AMAZED at how they cleaned up the debris! You would not know they were trimming trees! No damage to garden, landscape, or yard. Price seems very competitive for great service. Would definitely recommend Joles.

We could not have been happier with the services provided by Joles Tree Service. Everything was handled so professionally and our concerns were actually heard. They didn’t try to just cut down what we had (which had been recommended by another arborist because he felt they were trash trees, despite the incredible shade they provide). The canopies were trimmed back to a safe level while still maintaining the integrity of the trees.
Roof damage was found (from previous limb breakage) and a temporary fix was done by them til we could get a permanent repair!
In times where you feel you never get what you pay for, this experience actually delivered more than we hoped.

Joles Tree Service does fantastic work. Full size compromised tree was very close to power lines, several houses, neighbors fences, and road. They removed it without incident, ground the stump, picked up all debris, re-leveled the gravel road and where the old tree was located. All in a half a day. Crew was very courteous, the supervisor was very knowledgeable. Potential tree damage eliminated.

This company is the best! Very professional and nice people! Their response to my approval was fast and the tree was down within hours! They ground up the stump, hauled away the debris and you would never know there was a tree there! 4 other people on my street also had trees trimmed and cut down with the same excellent results!
