I had 2 really BIGG oak trees; They arrive at 6am, had they morning meeting, setup tools, started cutting @ 643am , was gone by 8AM. Trees gone debris gone!!!

This company was terrible. The old man with the beard running the show was rude and refused to move the truck from in front of my driveway so my wife and kids could pull in. When I asked again he told me to shut up because he was on a public road

Don’t come to my apartment complex at 7 am. and start cutting trees and expecting people to be happy or give a good review. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. You can pick any time of the day to do this task and you decide to wake people up, especially on their day off

Fantastic experience with Biggz. They removed a huge water oak from our property that ended up being hollow in the middle! We did have any trouble or issues and the price was better than anyone else in town. Thanks Biggz!

Zeff is a professional and service the customer well. They not only do a great job with your trees, but clean up as if they've never been there. I highly recommend them for your job large or small.

They started grinding and chopping at 7:30am today (SATURDAY) at my neighbors!! They woke up the entire neighborhood, but did not seem to care or notice as we all grumpily crowded into our driveways in our PJs. They could have easily and more quietly loaded the limbs onto their trailer and grinded them somewhere else, other than a quiet neighborhood at 8 AM on SATURDAY! When many people are sleeping in on their day off! They also blocked the road with their many trucks and the cops had to be called before they would move it.

They Sent insurance when providing the quote. We accepted and they came and were professional and thorough. They raked the yard after taking the tree down as well as when removing debris. Highly recommend!

Very professional and efficient. Both Zefferino and Brett were wonderful to work with. Thew were both especially attentive to following up with multiple onsite visits as we changed the scope of work after the initial consultation for pricing. There were a total of five trees (some in difficult locations).

I've used these guys a few times and they do great work. This week, I had them remove a large tree that was next to several smaller fruit trees and they did so with no damage to them. They cleaned up the worksite completely and didn't make ruts in the yard.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend. These guys are professionals from start to finish. If you want it done right, call BIGGZ. We hired them after our neighbor had BIGGZ do his yard (because their trees looked so good) and we are glad we did.

This is the second time using Biggz, and we are pleased with the service. Zefferino is knowledgeable and punctual. We had eight trees trimmed, and they left no traces of the work in our yard. Polite workers. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

I have used Biggz for years. First Zeph (who was awesome) and now Corey (who is also awesome). They took down a tree this week that had huge limbs over the house. Not a single branch fell on the roof. Professional, timely and fair. On top of that, they clean up very well when they are done. They also trimmed an old live oak. Very pleased.

We booked Biggz Tree Services to prune a large live oak in our backyard and cut down a large tree in our front yard. When it came time for them to perform those services, they neither called nor showed up for the appointment. When my husband called the company, he left a message asking when they would be coming. We received a voicemail back saying that they not only forgot to book us, but they also would need to to move our appointment 6 weeks because they had 2 major projects with Shell that messed up their entire schedule anyway. When I messaged Zefferino through the Facebook business page expressing my dismay that we would be bumped for a larger paying project, I received a very emotional message stating that they were trying to figure out how to follow through with the services agreed upon and that if I messaged again with the same tone that he would not perform the services agreed upon. I responded letting him know that I didn’t like his business practices and would discuss with my husband how we would move forward at this point. Needless to say, we were not contacted by Zefferino like he said he would contact us. Luckily we were able to go with another company that not only matched his quote but also will be able to complete the work in the same time frame. After our interaction, I found out that this is something that happens with this company. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this business. Great communication, very organized, on time with nice equipment, knowledgeable workers who do a professional and efficient job. They cut down a fairly large tree in a very small yard and did no damage. After they were done the mess was thoroughly cleaned.

Needed some large Water Oak limbs trimmed away from my roofline. Zefferino was very helpful in making an honest and professional recommendation on the health of the tree. Quoted a fair price and the work was done a week later. All debris was cleared from the yard, couldn’t even tell they were there! Communication was quick and easy via text, email, and phone call.

Would recommend Biggz for your tree care needs - I will use them again in the future if need be!
