Chris was the general contractor on our job in Bossier City. The job included roofing with ridge vent, gutter installation, a new front window, facia siding, and stucco recolor. Kevin Garner and Keystone Roofing did an excellent work with a roof replacement job. Kevin walked us through the process step by step when it came to filing a claim from storm damage. Kevin willingly came out and met with the adjuster to identify damage. Kevin identified errors on estimate claim related to roof size and contacted the adjuster himself to have them corrected. On the day of the job the crew arrived early and worked until dark getting nearly completed in one day. They had only a small area to finish on day two. The clean up following the job was amazing. The crew cleaned up everything around the house after the first day including blowing off both the front driveway and back patio area. After they completed the entire job there was no trash or debris left behind. If you are in search of a roofing company I would highly recommend contacting Kevin and Keystone.

He contacted me, and worked my insurance claim numbers to make it work. His experience and diligence with the overall process was the difference!

I contacted Keystone Roofing after the hail storm in April. Michael Doucet handled my roofing needs and did an excellent job. He met with the insurance adjuster for inspections and helped me through each step of the process. My new roof was installed within 6 weeks of the storm. The crew employed by Keystone was reasonably clean and did a fine job.

Chris is a very knowledgeable and personable employee of Keystone. He inspected our roof for hail damage, advised that I file a claim with insurance and actually met the adjuster here. They use good quality materials(30 year architecture shingles). All workers were very hard workers and cleaned up the mess without me having to show them anything that they missed. This company is first class all they way. I needed my roof replaced due to hurricane Ida and it was my first time ever having a roof replaced. Grant was very thorough with the entire process walked me through it step-by-step explaining the product thoroughly so that way I had a full understanding of exactly what I was getting and what to expect. These guys did great! Ryan Walker from Keystone met with my insurance adjuster and explained everything I needed. I feel sure Ryan was the reason the insurance company approved of everything. Ryan walked me through the entire process and answered all of many questions and addressed any concerns I had. The roofing crew were very respectful of me, my dog, and my property. Ryan even protected my bushes and shrubs! I would recommend this company to anyone.
