I wouldn't recommend no body work for red river sanitary because they don,t keep your stuff competently they will tell every body your business and when you want some thing fixed in your e hub they dont want to help you it all plus the people you work with they ruch to get your job done and they dont treat you right.

If I were you I WOULD NOT work with this company! I was remodeling my business and one of my contractors regrettably reached out to this company for work without my knowledge and created an invoice in their names not mines. I was then threatened for months to pay for the service when the responsibility was on the contractor. I was then told by a man named Bobby that I wasn't liable. Months later they threaten to put a lien on my business and charged me 15% interest per month. This is absurd as a veteran and business owner I feel this was dishonest and I would never treat anyone like this.

This company was the janitorial service for an office building my agency was located in for almost 3 years. We always had issues with the lack of cleaning i.e. vacuuming, emptying trash etc. We had to mention it to the property manager on a few occasions. My office has been unoccupied for the last 3 months, due to us shifting business models and moving to Bossier City. Of the furniture being pulled out, we have a large cabinet we stored our office supplies and extra office electronics. i.e. phones headsets. The only receptacle we had to put the supplies in happened to be our empty trash can. The supplies were stored and stacked neatly and organized while we moved the big furniture out. We were going to come back and get the little things shortly. When we came back, the can had been emptied by the janitor. Mind you this is brand new in the box office supplies stacked neatly, phone and headsets with the cords wrapped up. Nothing about this can would indicate GARBAGE. NOTHING. We reached out to Red River Sanitors and we were told its not their fault that we put our supplies in our can so we could move it out of there. Kelly Killian explained that her employees are at a high school and lower education and that they're not the smartest. I told her I have a GED and own a multimillion dollar agency. I did NOT appreciate that remark! So after trying to validate the action with ignorance or lack of intelligence of her employees, she then told me it was our fault for putting it in the trash. What an absolute insult. It would be trash if there were to be waste items, something that would indicate GARBAGE. This was roughly $650 worth of supplies and equipment. I am OUTRAGED AND WILL AT ALL TIMES BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Hired RRS to do a bi-weekly, detailed cleaning for our office building.. They seemed to only want to take the trash out and be done. Our contract stated specific needs, none of which were upheld. It only seemed to be of importance after we reached out to have it recleaned on numerous occasions. We met with a different staff member each time. (notably a high turn over rate for employees). After multiple exchanges between the Area Manager, we terminated our contract and stated they needed to bring the keys back to our office during business hours so they could collect their supplies. They came to collect those supplies while we were closed and then took 3 days to return our keys. They collect a check but don't do any work. 0/10 Wouldn't recommend.

I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but this company restored it to almost new condition. They are great and are pros at what they do. Give them a call.

They did a fantastic Job on our home and our truck! The gentlemen that work there were all so polite and professional. I've recommended them time and time again. Will continue to recommend them as well.

This company came out twice. The first time they came to clean the carpet and the smell was still there. The second time he sprayed some enzymes on the carpet to kill the smell but the floor was still stained, worse than before. The technician also emptied his container in my bathtub with my kids toys in there. I notified him the company of how unsatisfied I was with the services as well as the technician lack of decency and he simply stated he will notify the manager. I will never use this company again!

My friends and I have provided home cleaning services for over 30 years. I see a lot of carpet work, before and after. The best in this area, pricing, quality, professionalism?? I know from multiple experiences over many years. It's A-1 American Carpet Cleaning. I gave them five stars, only because I have not figured out a way, yet, to give them fifty stars.
