Owner, Duane Simpson came on Monday to evaluate my old system and on Wednesday I have air. He is extremely knowledgeable and I am so impressed with him. The two men sent here were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.I will highly recommend AccuTemp to everyone I know.

5 hours late with no courtesy update call. I had to call twice to find out if coming. Technician came in with dirty muddy shoes. Took them off sometimes but other times didn’t take shoes off or use covers. Had to area spot clean carpet after service. Technician was friendly, helpful with questions, took time and best I can tell did a thorough job. Overall satisfied. Just wish on time and technician used covers for shoes.

Professional and thorough.
Have a contract plan for twice a year preventive maintenance. Get discount on parts and service plus get priority on service calls.
All their techs that have worked on my account have been excellent.
