Jake did a great job servicing our unit today! He cleaned and inspected it inside and out thoroughly. Then showed me a rusty wire connection he replaced to the capacitor. It was still intact but wouldn’t have been much longer. That’s exactly why we have the maintenance plan and today it paid off.
I literally love everyone at Moore’s from Jerry to Ashley and every single one of the technicians! They have always gone above and beyond, take pride in their work, have smart solutions at a fair price and so honest I’d trust them to babysit my child! -

The service was excellent. Jason came and did an estimate the day after I called. We agreed to the installation and 2 days later the system was installed. They were very professional, answered all questions and did not make any mess. We are super pleased with the whole installation process. The price was reasonable. They do have "0%" financing options which we did not need. The weather turned cold so the unit was put to the test that night and we are very pleased with the heating. The unit is quiet and overall I give Moore's an A+.
