HVAC reviews in Shreveport, Louisiana

Tyler did an amazing job on cleaning and repairing my chimney. He was on time and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There’s not another business I will be using in town again for this type of thing.

I called them last minute to request a service, and he was able to squeeze me in! He arrived 15 minutes before the appointment, was very professional, and did an amazing job! Would 10/10 recommend any service by this company!

They came out to do a basic routine maintenance after winter on my system. He was on time, much cheaper than competitors, and very professional. The job was done efficiently and effectively. Would use them again.

Communicated well throughout the process and did great work! He also figured out the root of the problem I was having with my dryer vent and fixed that as well. Recommend!

I called and made an appointment to have my chimney cleaned. I want to be safe while enjoying a nice fire. Tyler was on time and called to let me know he was on the way. We have a white carpet in front of the fireplace, and the fireplace is painted white. Everything was kept clean! I can now enjoy a fire knowing I don’t have build up in my chimney.

Had this company to come in and service a leak in my chimney. My chimney still leaks, I called the service tech back several times to let him know. He never answered, I left many messages still no call back. Finally got it touched with the office and spoke to the service manager and she promised to get it handled. To this day weeks later still no call or no show. I guess they don’t keep their promises. I will never recommend them! Not even to people I may not like!!!

Tyler was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He was fantastic to work with. I would absolutely recommend red river chimney service to anyone!

Tyler showed up right when he said he would and did an excellent job cleaning my fireplace. I've lived in this house for over 10 years and had never had the chimney cleaned. While there, Tyler recommended to repair some cracking in the backwall of the fireplace using a special caulking material he had available on the truck....I said yes, problem solved. I highly recommend Tyler for all of your chimney cleaning/maintenance needs.

Tyler @ Red River Chimney repaired my chimney & firebox, cleaned my fireplace & dryer vent, and weather/waterproofed it all!! He provided excellent, timely service & was professional, communicative & courteous throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Red River Chimney if you need any work done!!

Tyler did great! I called and he responded in less than an hour and was able to give me a quote the same day and did the service the next day. He is very respectful and polite. Would recommend him 10/10.

Tyler with Red River Chimney did an outstanding job repairing our leaking chimney and also cleaned it. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned up after himself—he even took extra steps to make sure he didn’t make a single mess. The price was extremely fair. I highly recommend this company!

I was recommended Red River Chimney Service on Facebook. From the moment I called Tyler I felt reassured that what I was needing done would be accomplished. He was nice and listened to my concerns/problem and talked me through what needed to happen. He immediately asked for pictures of our chimney, and our location. Even though we were 1.5hr from him, he was determined to help us out. We called on Saturday morning and he was able to come out the next day to get us taken care. I highly recommend Tyler for all chimney services!!

Five stars to Red River Chimney Service! Tyler is skilled and proficient, personable and resourceful. He cleaned my dryer vent and installed a dryer vent cap on my roof, explaining the steps and ensuring that I was happy with results. I definitely recommend Tyler and Red River Chimney to everyone needing their services.

You’ve found the one you’re looking for! Thorough, knowledgeable, professional. We bought a house with a very large and used but seemingly never cleaned fireplace. Our living room began to smell like a campfire each time it rained. Tyler cleaned and repaired our issue in one trip. We will be repeat customers. Thanks Tyler! 10/10 recommend

I am so grateful that I ran across Tyler. I've been calling Shreveport/Bossier all around with no luck. This young gentleman is knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to walk me through what was wrong and how he could fix it. My entire setup was a fire hazard, and Tyler was able to rectify my problem at a fair price. I am too grateful bc he saved my life bc I had no clue I was on the verge of a fire mishap. I highly recommend Red River Chimney Services.
