The tech was was knowledgeable about where to look after I told him what was going on. He also brought plenty of high tech gear to find the problem. He found the leak in the first hour and made his marks where he found it at. Very good techs

Scheduling was quick and easy. Workmen performed the job successfully and were courteous. Fee was reasonable considering they traveled two hours one-way.

These guys arrived when they said they were ,introduced themselves to us and went to work promptly. They completed their job and informed us before doing anything with additional charges to ask permission. We were pleased with their professionalism!!

My phone communication with this company was thorough and courteous. David, who served me, was friendly yet professional, explaining what he would be doing, what he found, & what his recommendations were. I was glad I had contacted this company. After several leaks in recent years and various bandaid remedies, I am glad we called American Leak Detection.

Their office made it very easy to make an appointment to fit my schedule. They sent 2 techs out and they arrived on time, were very respectful to me and my property, and they were very thorough about how they would go about finding the leak. Every pool company in my area couldn't find the leak, but American Leak Detector was successful in finding and fixing the leak within a couple hours. I highly recommend this company!

My pool was loosing water and my pool man recommended me to call ALD. They came out within a couple days and diagnosed it quickly and fixed it at that time. Luckily it was just the skimmers that needed to be re-caulked. I have a 30 day warranty, if for some reason the problem is more than the skimmers and it continues to leak they will come back out to retest and that will fall under my original call out fee.

Very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable team. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to find the leak in my in ground pool. Once they fixed the problem, they stayed for a while and made sure it was completely fixed. I would highly recommend them if you have a leak you cannot find.

David is very knowledgeable. After his thorough examination of the pool, he found where the leak was occurring. He went into detail about the problem and what steps would be taken to repair it.

American Leak detection found our slab leak in just minutes,saved the plumbers many hours of searching,and they didn't have to go into the slab,even better.

These guys are awesome. David came out last Thursday and fixed what we thought were the only leaks in a pool at the house we just purchased, only to find out the pool was still losing water. They fit us in to their schedule today and he was able to locate an area behind the side drain where the gunite is brittle (mind you the pool is ONLY two years old so that should not be happening!) and he worked on it to ensure it would hold until we can find someone to replaster our side drains (without making us do the entire pool!). Their office is extremely responsive and if I could give them 10 stars I would!
