This was my first time ever consulting with a company to have a tree cut down. It was a very large tree that required use of a robot crane. The tree was also very close to the house, which made me nervous. I was amazed at the professionalism and patience the team showed me, especially Tobie. She put my mind at ease. She was able to walk me through what was to occur from beginning to end. Huge eyesore of a tree is now gone and I am happy with the service and the work done to remove the tree!

Their service was amazing. From setting up the appointment to quote the job, calling to schedule it and the crew that came out. Very professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

We had a huge oak in our front yard that had some dead limbs and alot of growth that made the limbs very heavy. I called them out, they sent a bid and we scheduled right on line. Super easy! The service I received was top-notch!! The first day the team came and cut down a large tree in our yard. Then the following day the debris team came and picked up the tree debris from the front yard. This week the stump and exposed roots were ground down. The company All About Trees was a new referral to me. I have been very impressed with their work from the very beginning of the process to the completion. The arborist who did the estimate gave me helpful advice concerning an additional tree root problem and explained the needed work to remove the large dead limbs and partially broken off “hanging” limbs in two large trees.
The crew who did the work were careful and thorough. There was a huge pile of tree limbs which they removed completely. I appreciated their work and attention to details throughout the process.

This company is excellent! I had prunning and canopy lifting on two live Oaks and one Pin Oak. The crew that worked on this project was very professional and did a great job. Tree limb removal and clean up of my yard after the job was completed was also good. In addition, having a certified arborist on the team made me feel more comforable that all work on my trees were under the best of care. I will definitely be using there services again.

All About Trees removed two Bradford pear trees at my home, and the entire experience was excellent. The team arrived on time, worked professionally throughout the tree removal and stump grinding, and finished with a thorough cleanup and debris removal. I highly recommend this company.

Be warned about these 5-star reviews. When taking my payment info over the phone they told me they would give a significant discount in return for a 5-star Google review. I told the woman on the phone I did not think that was ethical and she said OK and moved on to the payment.

I had them cut maple branches back away from my house. The job was easy to set up and Rick who came out to survey the place was very nice. The job got done quickly and with no damage to the property, but the guys doing the cutting left without a word and the branches sat on my front lawn for 8 days. I called after a couple days to see if they were going to pick it up, then twice more when they didn't do so. On my third call they acted like I was calling for the first time. After that third call someone finally came to dispose of the limbs. They claimed this was a mix-up due to their usual disposal provider not being available, and I would have excused that but the unethical practice of bribing customers for better reviews prompted me to say something.

EDIT: The response from the owner below says they offered the discount to make up for the late disposal. If that's true then why did they say on the phone it was for giving a 5-star review, and why did they take it back when I refused to give such a review? After I left the review but before the response was posted I got a call from AAT and the woman who had offered me the $100 said she did so to offset the cost of a credit card fee that would have been $25. Whoever wrote the response below knew that made no sense so they changed the story. It's dishonest.

Had 5 trees that were threatening my house and neighbors shop. They came out quick to give me a quote. Quote was fair, and reasonable. Ok’d work. It took them two trips to get all 5 down with the boom arm tree trimmer thing( which is a sight to behold) and sat the tops down in yard. I didn’t pay them to clean up, but they did cut logs into 10’ sections for me to be able to cut and split the oak and push the pines to the back yard. 10/10 would use again and would recommend to friends and family. Also worked with me on a 0% interest plan for paying off my bill over 6 months. That way the cost didn’t sting so bad all at once, which I greatly appreciate. I dealt with Rick and Toby. Both were quick to answer questions or call back if I had questions or pertaining to billing. Kept in contact via text, calling, and email. And I didn’t have to remember to call them to pay, they called at the last billing day of month to make sure I got it paid off in time too. Much love to the crew at ALL ABOUT TREES, thank you so much for a great experience with my tree removal.

This is my second time to use "All About Trees" services. As it was the first time, it was the second. Their price was good and their service was excellent. They did all that they said they would do and a little more. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The site was cleaned up even better than before they arrived. If there were a six star rating, they would deserve it.

We have used All About Trees twice and both times they were very professional and helpful with our tree and stump removal. The were efficient in the removal and clean up. We couldn't be happier with their service. They were also very understanding and helpful with our financing situation and worked with us on that. The work crews were great!

Needed to have several trees cut down and for years we knew this would be quite expensive. We put it off until finally deciding to get quotes and check around. We had quite a few to ask for pictures to be sent to them but we were sold on the professionalism of All About Trees Co.
They were busy but, they kept their word, returned calls, answered questions and concerns then kept schedule and promise to come out to look at our trees. They made it very affordable as it was obvious they’re in business but, they really try to make it affordable in order to help their customers especially in removing trees in danger of falling.
