Had Tyler come out to clean my chimney. He was very professional, on time and did and excellent job. Definitely recommend to anyone needing chimney services.

The young man, said his name was Tyler, had all type of excuses for being late and when he arrived, he had many excuses for not cleaning my chimney from the top. When he finished cleaning from inside of the house, he had many excuses for not being able to give me a receipt for payment. I wrote a handwritten receipt for him to sign because he agreed to send my receipt through my email. This work was done on November 3, 2021 and as of today, December 28, 2021, I've not received my receipt after calling and texting several times. I will not recommend not use the Bordovsky with RED River Chimney again.

I am totally disappointed in the untimely job that was done by Tyler. Some of my ducts were not cleaned. I made the mistake of not being presence while he was working at my house. He took a long time (one or two weeks) to clean and return my vents. I am having to schedule another duct cleaning company to come and re-clean my ducts and fireplace.

Tyler cleaned out our dryer vents giving us peace of mind. He was polite and very thorough.

Taylor was friendly and got the job done. I felt more at peace and relaxed after the chimney sweep. He put up screens and prevented swifters from starting the process to nest in my chimney.

They came out to do a basic routine maintenance after winter on my system. He was on time, much cheaper than competitors, and very professional. The job was done efficiently and effectively. Would use them again.

I called and made an appointment to have my chimney cleaned. I want to be safe while enjoying a nice fire. Tyler was on time and called to let me know he was on the way. We have a white carpet in front of the fireplace, and the fireplace is painted white. Everything was kept clean! I can now enjoy a fire knowing I don’t have build up in my chimney.

Had this company to come in and service a leak in my chimney. My chimney still leaks, I called the service tech back several times to let him know. He never answered, I left many messages still no call back. Finally got it touched with the office and spoke to the service manager and she promised to get it handled. To this day weeks later still no call or no show. I guess they don’t keep their promises. I will never recommend them! Not even to people I may not like!!!

Tyler showed up right when he said he would and did an excellent job cleaning my fireplace. I've lived in this house for over 10 years and had never had the chimney cleaned. While there, Tyler recommended to repair some cracking in the backwall of the fireplace using a special caulking material he had available on the truck....I said yes, problem solved. I highly recommend Tyler for all of your chimney cleaning/maintenance needs.
