On May 9, 2023, I signed a contract to have my gutters replaced, to have some carpentry done on the exterior of the house, and to have the trim on the (brick) house painted. A paint and carpentry crew chief was brought to my house to look at and bid on the job.
I was told the work could be done in 5-6 weeks of signing the contract.

After returning from a short trip, there was no work schedule for our job, and after texting back and forth during the week of June 25, I learned that the (expensive) paint crew who was going to do the carpentry and paint my house had been sent on another job. Another painter was found who came to look at the job on July 3. Unfortunately, he could not do the carpentry work, but I was assured another crew would do it.
On July 6, a crew came (with no advance warning) to take down all the gutters. No further work was done until Thursday July 13th.
On Thursday July 13th, because of no supervision and miscommunication, ALL the fascia boards on my home were removed, damaging most of the trim beneath.
On Saturday July 15, 2023, another crew came and put back all the fascia boards, did the carpentry repairs.
On Wednesday July 19, 20023, the painter then came to my house and power washed the house.The bleach in the power washing left a patch of dead grass in the front yard of @ 2’ x 5’.
I found out that this painter had a full time 9-5 job, and was planning on painting my house “on the side.”
On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, I was told a painter was found who could do the work in a timely manner. CPRRoofing stated that he met this painter at a filling station!!
This painter was a disaster, and ANOTHER crew finally painted the house.

As for the gutters, today I paid a reputable company $1800.00 to fix the shoddy work done by CPR Roofing. There were areas that were not pitched correctly, places not sealed, not enough hangers (sagging), etc. etc. CPR offered to fix, but there is no way I would let these people back on my property.
So, think twice.

What a refreshing, wonderful experience! I am so happy with my new roof and my experience with Matt Parmalee. It was so fantastic to have someone that cared about his business and MY happiness and satisfaction! He was so prompt and courteous and showed up when he said he would. He and his crew performed fabulously! My house looks so much better. He went above and beyond on everything! He returned all my phone calls and texts in a very timely manner. He kept me informed of every detail of the job and it all went like clockwork. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I did not realize what a real roof installation entailed until he explained it all to me. He replaced all the fascia board siding on my house and explained the difference between entry level and "architectural" shingles. I am just ecstatic and my home looks so much better. I can't say enough good things about this! It restored my faith in service providers.

The April 2020 hailstorm was terrible. We had a lot of damage. CPR replaced our roof quickly and did an amazing job. They really helped us out by having numerous conversations with the insurance company to make sure we were able to address the extensive damage to our home.

Had a couple different companies come out but they never followed through. Matt absolutely did a great job talking with me and my wife and communicating with the insurance company to make sure everyone was on the same page. His guys did great work and we are very pleased with our roof. Would definitely recommend!

They were very professional and did my roof in a timely matter. We had a hole in the roof from a storm along with hail damage and they came out and covered the hole until the insurance adjuster was able to come out. We were so happy with there work my mom and brother both hired them and are very pleased with there work.

I had my original roofer tell me I would need to replace most of my 6 month old roof from leaks with new siding. Matt did an inspection and gave me the honest and much less expensive answer on fixing it. He saved me a lot of money! Would Highly recommend them and wish I had gone with CPR Roofing from the start.
