Ashley and Jessica were amazing. I have needed a cleaning for some time and finally scheduled one. My request for quote was quickly met with an appointment. After that I got an appointment for a cleaning the same week. Ashly and Jessica were on time and cleaned quickly. They actually finished before the estimated time. Every time they left a section of the house, they asked me to check it to make sure it met my expectations. If I did have anything to address, they fixed it right away. I look forward to having them back again!

Sam, Michelle and M.A were great! They were super friendly which made my first experience with Molly Maids and excellent one. They were quick and efficient and did the extra touch’s that I don’t have time for on a daily basis. You all are heaven sent, thank you! 😊

Shannon, Jada, and Michele were very professional, courteous, and did a splendid cleaning my home! I can't say enough about the job they did for me. All three deserve (5) stars, and a big hug!

Shannon, Jada and Michelle were phenomenal! They conducted an initial and final walkthrough and the results were fantastic. I was surprised by their thoroughness considering how fast they were. They even detailed the showers and tubs, making them look brand new. Great job, Ladies!

Very disappointed was told the price would be between 400 and 500, however the total came to almost 700. They sent 2 people only 1 person actually cleaned I believe her name was Iris. The other spent the entire time on the kitchen. When I called about why the price was so high I was told it was because they stayed over the estimated time. They could have been 2 hours earlier had the other woman actually been diligently cleaning. There was no solution just an "oh well". There were still stains in the bathrooms, the windows weren't dusted or cleaned. When I lived on the east coast and I had molly the maid come clean they sent 3 people and the house was spotless they cleaned the walls, they dusted, they had methods for removing stains which is why I was willing to pay their insane price. However I would never use them in south again that was my mistake in thinking that their service was good across the board.

I have used Molly Maid services twice now in the Slidell area. I have had two negative experiences and I won't be utilizing the company to clean again. Not only are they HIGHLY overpriced for what they offer to clean, but on both occasions I have used them, the cleaning groups have not cleaned certain parts of the floor, skipped cleaning a tub and a shower, did not move kitchen appliances where crumbs were left behind, and mirrors were left noticibly streaky. I am usually not one to complain about anything, but if I pay 300 dollars for a cleaning for an 1100 sqft home that is already extremely tidy/organized....I expect much better and more. I can not recommend.

Liz was wonderful in helping me schedule a cleaning fr long distance. I’m very grateful for her understanding the circumstances and the cleaning was awesome. They did an excellent job.

Sam and Michelle were awesome they did everything I asked them to do, I will only have them clean my house even if I have to wait longer. They were personable, respectful, hardworking, and made me comfortable and completely at ease. They were like have your best friend clean and tidy your house as well as doing an EXCELLENT job and once again did everything I asked. Can’t wait to move back into my house so I can get on their regular schedule. GIVE THEM A RAISE OR A BONUS!!!!

Hi, this company to do a new construction cleaning which they said they did all the time. Worst cleaning service I’ve ever had Halle don’t recommend them.

I am shocked this company has a high rating. Don't waste your time or money with them. I have used the company for 3 cleanings (2 different crews) and have had issues each time and sent the company multiple pictures to prove it. The deep cleaning was a joke and the office manager had to come out and follow up. They don't move things and properly wipe counters or items. They have a list of items they tell you are going to be performed, but they are not consistently done. They do the big hit items and that is about it. Attention to detail is nonexistent. If you want to just throw away your money and not have a clean house to show for it, this is the company for you. These are just a FEW to show you. Many were after the so called "deep cleaning."

Needed a good deep clean before baby arrives. Totally worth it! Kellie and Jade on as route 5 were absolutely amazing and did not miss a single spot in our house. Definitely will ask for them again the next time we need a good clean.

I’ve only had the initial cleaning with Molly Maids and so far so good. Liz was great during and after the initial consultation. Sam and Michelle arrived on time and prepared. I gave them a quick tour and introduced them to our dogs. The ladies were very sweet, professional and personable. They put me more at ease with leaving my home and pets with strangers.

Shannon, Jada, and Jade came out this morning to do a one time deep clean. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service. I will definitely be using their services again in the future! Thank you for making my home feel like home again during this difficult time in my life.

I have a dog that sheds LOADS of hair, and when they were done, there was NO hair anywhere. They were very thorough.

Very happy with my experience with Molly Maids. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Sam and Michelle did an amazing job cleaning the house, and were incredibly thorough. I loved how considerate they were. I have a 10 month old, and they were mindful when working around the house during his nap, which I can’t express how appreciative I am of that. Sam was also great at communicating with me throughout the day. Highly recommend Molly Maids, especially if you can get Sam and Michelle. They are by far the best cleaning company I have found in Slidell.

They sign up to clean house, after they come, they will do whatever they can (albeit slowly) in 2 hours. Also they leave dirty floors as is when they leave if their time limit is up, does not have minimum sense to finish a room and then move onto other rooms. $360 for 2 hours with unfinished work is a waste of time and money.

Emily & Selena are fantastic! Our house has never looked better! They are efficient, friendly, great with our puppy and do a wonderful job.

Slidell Location. So very disappointed. Had such high hopes! This was a Christmas present for my mother. Paid for two and half hours. Three employees were assigned to clean the house. I was emailed a "clean desription" of what is standard cleaning that would be done. I explained I wanted only two (out of 4) of the bedrooms cleaned. I closed the door for the two I did not want cleaned. I was told to make a priority list.  #1 was kitchen.  Kitchen counter not wiped clean, and floor had visible dirt. Visible dirt on kitchen window ledge. Kitchen table not wiped cleaned. Trash not taken out, and they added trash to the bag.   #2 was two bathrooms -   Soap scum in both bathtubs. Visible dirt around bathroom sink faucets.   Visible dirt near bathtub on floor. #3 was two bedrooms. Neither bedroom dusted. Visible dirt (clumps of hair) on carpet in both bedrooms. I assume vacuum cleaner is not very good. Foyer - ceramic tile - visible dirt & not mopped. Living room floor - wood - visible dirt, not mopped & no dusting. Small rug in living room not vacuumed. It took me less than 15 minutes to clean kitchen counters, dust one bedroom and mop foyer & living room.  Not sure if it's the products used by Molly Maids, but there was no smell of cleaning products, which I thought was very strange. I was told I would be allowed to have a walk through, but the girls were outside and seemed in a rush to leave. Lesson learned, even though the girls were very sweet & kind, always do a walk through before the cleaning crew leaves. I hated not being able to add a tip, but this was so unbelievably bad!
