I’ve used this company since I moved here 13 years ago and recommend him to all family and friends! He’s fixed almost every single one of my appliances by now and he’ll be my first phone call when something goes wrong as long as we’re both still here.

My latest need was when my 13-year-old refrigerator went out. I knew I needed a new one, but resigned to call Bryan first “just in case.” Before he would come out, he gave me instructions over the phone on what to try and told me to call him back in a few hours if it didn’t work. Not only did it not work, but it felt like the fridge was warmer than the kitchen. He was at my house within an hour and I swear figured out the problem in 15 seconds. I had apparently broken the light button the day before when I knocked a jar of olives out of the fridge, which was making the light stay on and heating up the working fridge. He repaired it for under $100 and answered questions about other appliances while he was there. Thank you for saving us $2000, Bryan!! You’re so awesome!

Blaine came out to replace a roller wheel on my refrigerator. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I will use Acadian Appliance for all of my future appliance repairs and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Brian was wonderful! Professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions with ease. Brian displayed an immense amount of respect and knowledge when he came to repair my dryer. 100/10 will call again.

I spoke with the owner and he scheduled the next day which I was excited. Matt came in and changed our thermal fuse and very friendly, courteous, professional, and trouble shooted our problem quickly. He was super helpful with why it happened and how we could stop it from happening again. Thanks guys for great service

My whirlpool washer “stopped” spinning. It never made a loud noise prior to or when it stopped spinning. I called on a Saturday and the owner told me to unplug it and plug it back in to see if it spins again and, if it didn’t, he would come service it Monday. It didn’t work. I called first thing Monday morning and he tells me his phone is ringing off the hook and he hasn’t even made his schedule for the day but guaranteed they would service me as their last appointment since I commute to Baton Rouge for work. I took off early and waited. No one showed. I sent a text explaining their poor customer service. The man has his son, Blane, call and apologize with an offer to service me the next day first thing at 9am. I had to take off work for that appointment as well. Bryan and Blane arrived, opened my washer where Bryan forcefully spun my washer tub stating he was unlocking it then that my bearings were bad and I needed to buy a new washer As they charge $350 for the part (I found online for $50), but that my washer should spin now for only about 10 washes. They didn’t unplug it, flip it over, get ONE tool out, Charged me $60 trip fee, and were gone in Less than 10 minutes. I asked if he was sure it wasn’t a belt issue. He quickly replied “no” without ever checking. I get home today and try washing a load to now have the LOUDEST (Now Absolutely NOT Repairable) broken washing machine I’ve ever had. The same one that NEVER made a loud noise since I bought it. I will never use this mom & pop shop run so-called appliance repair business again. Young boys that are ready to end their work day before they even start it where the father (owner) doesn’t have the audacity to take care of Poorly serviced customers Himself.

I called Brian on Thursday afternoon and he was able to come to my house within 40 minutes! He was quick and efficient and the price was reasonable for being able to come to our home. Definitely recommend.

After contacting over a dozen businesses, Acadian was prompt in responding to my call and was able to get a technician to the property the following day. Brian, technician, is honest and works with integrity; I will be sure to call on Acadian for all future appliance repair needs. Thank you again Brian!

I am still speechless with the service we received from Acadian Appliance! My husband called on Monday morning because our Kitchenaid refrigerator wasn't working. Within 6 hours we had Ronnie, their service technician, at our door ready to work. Ronnie was extremely knowledgeable and willing to walk us through his troubleshooting plan. I can't thank Ronnie and Acadian Appliance enough for their help. We also found their call-out and labor rates to be very agreeable. Seriously, if your refrigerator is out, give this crew a call. 10/10.

Very pleased with my experience with Acadian Appliance. They were referred to me by three different folks. The owner, Bryan, tried to help me troubleshoot my fridge that wouldn't cool by phone. When the suggestions didn't work, his son Blane and co-worker Matt were out to me the next day. Discovered the evap fan was locked up and had some frost because of it. All that was fixed and cleaned out. They even gave me suggestions on my dryer that's been running slow and left me a piece of vent pipe to help fix it. Would thoroughly recommend this local company. Great to know someone to fix small appliances!

Fast, professional and very knowledgeable. They knew what was wrong before I even finished explaining the issue, were able to get the part a day earlier than expected and finished the repair in less than an hour. From the initial call to a working oven in < 48hrs!

Blaine was very knowledgeable and friendly. Knew exactly what the issue was, took care of my problem efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Was very communicative from point of scheduling to arrival. Would definitely recommend their services.

To give one star is being gracious. I called inquiring about services for a dryer that has gone out, and the gentleman on the phone just has such a nasty attitude and demeanor. I could not continue The call because I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism I was Experiencing. I couldn’t imagine being serviced by a company that cannot even conduct a phone call without being straight out rude. Be mindful that your first impression says a lot. Definitely need to take some phone etiquette trainings and learn to be professional. For reference, He asked about my availability, My response was “ I work from home anytime after 2:45 PM would be perfect” He then proceeded to say, in a very rude manner “ I thought you said you work from home!!” And my response was “ yes, I do work from home, but I am not readily available to be serviced as I am on the phone taking incoming calls.” How dare you assume because I’m working from home, I’m not actually doing work and could take the appointment ! that Was the first red flag, as the call continued the rudeness continued, you wouldnt have thought this was a place of business. Obviously they don’t need the business. I’m convinced they can’t, because there’s no way you’re just being flat out rude to a potential customers

My refrigerator had drainage line freeze up bad in the freezer section, sheet of ice was about an inch thick, all meat were covered with ice like snow. I call Acadian Appliance Service, Blane told me he will come in to check out next day but 2 hours later he call back that there is opening today. They were two guys Matt and Blane spent 30 minutes to fixed. They were quick, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very appreciated that problems solved so quick and reasonable in price. I had a hard time try to get someone/business to services appliances. This company had done an excellent job, I recommended with 5 stars.

Blaine and one of his employees came over within a couple hours of me calling. They fixed my dryer within 15 minutes bc they even had the part on their truck. Pricing was more than reasonable considering the necessity of the dryer.Both of those guys are extremely professional and polite, not to mention friendly. I would highly recommend this company and would do business with them again.

Very much recommended! With applied knowledge and integrity, Acadian serviced my range with perceptive precision, only charging what was necessary for the service fee alone rather than the expensive part that could have easily been thought to be the problem. Great work Acadian!
