I live out of state and needed a reputable company to do repair work for my Mom who doesn't use the internet and is in bad health. I searched companies in and around St. Francisville and left messages for this company and 2 others. They were the only company to return my message. They came out sooner than expected and repaired her leak within an hour. Communicated with me before and after the repairs were done.

Dave-Co is wonderful! They were so easy to work with when I was helping an elderly friend replace his hot water heater. They even mopped the floor afterwards! I highly recommend them

Now I've got an emergency and the company will not give me an appointment, though I've said I will wait. No one ever answers the telephone; you get a recording and leave a message, but whoever is responding to my many phone messages and emails has written to say I "won't" return their calls. (I do; no one answers...just a machine.)The person said I refused an appointment when they were near my location; that's true...I had a medical appointment I could not miss.

You hear only the best of Dave Co. This is definitely out of the ordinary. The contact I had there has told me to "call Roto Rooter," that maybe Roto Rooter will make me "happy." Dave Co no longer responds to my attempts to get an appointment at any time, even weeks in the future. This is certainly strange!

Finally, a local plumber that's easy to contact (appointments made via text), arrives in a timely manner, and does competent work.
