The planning of the services went well. They came in the.pouring rain, cut/trim the tree and had multiple mud holes due to rain and left tree bark and pieces of their steel equipment. Worker came back next day for equipment and payment but the job was not finished. I paid them with the understanding they would come back and finish trimming loose vines. I called weekly for 3 weeks for follow up to complete job but only asked to be patient, they would take care of it. Here we are 2 months later and still incomplete. Good business practice means completing a job you were hired to do. This creates trust and longevity. Have a great day.
