My experience with St Pierre’s was one of superb and timely service. After assessing the situation they knew exactly what the problem was and resolved it immediately. I highly recommend their services.

I needed my A/C checked this morning. In the middle of summer, Antoinette got us an appointment and Jerome was there the same morning with a call to direct us to also call Entergy. St. Pierre's is responsive, professional, and personal.

St. Pierre's Services has been inspecting and maintaining my HVAC system on a regular basis for years, and repairing as necessary. They are always on time and efficient, and their technicians are well qualified.

Please disregard any reviews on here that are less than 5 stars. The team at St. Pierre's Services literally saved our lives during the freeze. Another A/C company was trying to charge us $6,000+ to solve our issue. We decided to get a second opinion and...even after telling Mr. Jerome the price quoted...he still did his due diligence and found the problem to be quite simple and only to the tune of a $150 repair. We will ONLY go to these guys. We will refer them to everyone. They just did it all with such class and quality. They deserve 17 stars.

We have been using St.Pierre’s for over 18 years and they do excellent work.Installed a new AC and heating system three years ago it has saved us over $ 140.00 per month during the summer.
In addition they installed a gas generator and have serviced it as required. Highly recommend them
for your Ac, heater and generator.

Highly recommended. I haves used St Pierre's to replace two full heating and cooling systems over the last 12 years. Both times were excellent experiences. He worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for within my budget. The first A/C I bought was a cheaper brand that was built by Carrier which would save me about $1000 compared to the equivalent Carrier unit. On the day of the install he didn't have the one I purchased in the warehouse so he replaced it with the more expensive Carrier unit at no charge to me! Great guys!

The claimed owner of this company actually threatened my wife over the phone while at the same time trying to have a minor sign the bill. This is after the landlord had already talked to him and authorized the work just one day prior to this event. I cannot tell you how rude and obnoxious the service tech/owner Jerome was to my wife. She was very upset. After numerous attempts by myself and the landlord to contact after the incident with no returned calls this has not been resolved.
Never do business with this company unless you like to be threatened over the phone about signing a already authorized work order.

I paid almost $400 to have washer repaired and the guy told us we have a year if anything goes wrong they will come back and fix it. One month later it is still knocking. I called them to come back out and was told there was only a one month warranty so we would have to pay again. So here I sit with a washing machine that still is knocking and didn’t get fixed right in the first place. I do not recommend this company. I refuse to pay again for something they didn’t fix right the first time!

Looking for dependability? Keep looking. First day they were supposed to come was on a Thursday, the tech passed my home and I had to call to see when he would be here. He said he passed my home and it was drizzling so he couldn't work which is fine but told me he would be back first thing in the morning. The next day I waited and called around 11am because still didn't show up. I called and the woman on the phone told me she didn't know why he told me that because she sends the technicians out. She told me she'd have someone here at 2pm. Then calls me at 3:30 telling me they won't be coming...on a Friday so had to wait until Monday to call someone else. We called Keefe's today and they'll be here at 11am. Hope this helps someone looking for reliability.
