I needed my A/C checked this morning. In the middle of summer, Antoinette got us an appointment and Jerome was there the same morning with a call to direct us to also call Entergy. St. Pierre's is responsive, professional, and personal.

The claimed owner of this company actually threatened my wife over the phone while at the same time trying to have a minor sign the bill. This is after the landlord had already talked to him and authorized the work just one day prior to this event. I cannot tell you how rude and obnoxious the service tech/owner Jerome was to my wife. She was very upset. After numerous attempts by myself and the landlord to contact after the incident with no returned calls this has not been resolved. Never do business with this company unless you like to be threatened over the phone about signing a already authorized work order.

St. Pierre's Services has been inspecting and maintaining my HVAC system on a regular basis for years, and repairing as necessary. They are always on time and efficient, and their technicians are well qualified.

Please disregard any reviews on here that are less than 5 stars. The team at St. Pierre's Services literally saved our lives during the freeze. Another A/C company was trying to charge us $6,000+ to solve our issue. We decided to get a second opinion and...even after telling Mr. Jerome the price quoted...he still did his due diligence and found the problem to be quite simple and only to the tune of a $150 repair. We will ONLY go to these guys. We will refer them to everyone. They just did it all with such class and quality. They deserve 17 stars.

We have been using St.Pierre’s for over 18 years and they do excellent work.Installed a new AC and heating system three years ago it has saved us over $ 140.00 per month during the summer. In addition they installed a gas generator and have serviced it as required. Highly recommend them for your Ac, heater and generator.

Highly recommended. I haves used St Pierre's to replace two full heating and cooling systems over the last 12 years. Both times were excellent experiences. He worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for within my budget. The first A/C I bought was a cheaper brand that was built by Carrier which would save me about $1000 compared to the equivalent Carrier unit. On the day of the install he didn't have the one I purchased in the warehouse so he replaced it with the more expensive Carrier unit at no charge to me! Great guys!

Frequently asked questions
-
Is GigoPro free to use?
Yes. Browsing businesses, reading reviews, and comparing providers is free for everyone. Business owners can create a basic listing at no cost.
-
How do you verify businesses on GigoPro?
Every profile goes through moderation before it appears in search. We check that the business is real, active, and matches the category it claims. For regulated trades, we look for proper credentials, and inactive listings are hidden automatically.
-
How do I choose the right contractor?
Start with ratings and recent reviews, then compare the services offered, location, and response time. Contact two or three providers, ask for written estimates, and compare what each quote includes — not just the bottom line.
-
Can I list my business on GigoPro?
Yes. Create a free business profile to reach local customers searching for your category. You can update your services, photos, and contact details anytime, and customers can book you directly from your profile.
-
How often is the HVAC directory updated?
Business owners update their own profiles. Our team also refreshes hub pages and removes inactive listings to keep search results current. This page, for example, is reviewed and updated monthly.
-
How often should I have my air system serviced?
At minimum, once a year — ideally a spring tune-up before cooling season and a fall check-up before heating season. Systems that run year-round, older units, and commercial systems often benefit from professional service twice a year.
-
Repair or replacement — how do I decide?
Ask each contractor for both a repair quote and an honest assessment of the unit's remaining life. As a general rule, if a repair costs more than a third of a new system, or your equipment is past its expected lifespan and breaking down repeatedly, replacement is usually the better value. Get two or three opinions before a decision this large.
-
Can companies on GigoPro handle emergencies?
Yes — many list emergency and same-day service in their profiles, with stated after-hours policies. Open the profile and check the response-time and availability information before you need it; in a real emergency, filter for companies that explicitly offer 24/7 service.
-
How much does service cost?
Costs vary by region, system type, and job — there is no honest single number. Reputable contractors provide written estimates after inspecting the system, and comparing two or three is the best way to understand what your job should cost.
-
Can I leave a review after booking through GigoPro?
Yes. After your job is done, you can rate the company and describe your experience. Verified reviews from recent jobs are exactly what helps the next homeowners in your city choose well — and what keeps listed professionals at their best.
