We used Mullin Landscape to update our front gardens, repair our irrigation system and replace the sod. The design team was outstanding, truly listening to the level of care and types of plants we liked, and selected options that matched our preferences; the front gardens were reshaped to coordinate with the yard, trees and house design. The installation team was diligent, professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Looking forward to using Mullin again when we tackle the back yard.

Mullin just completed a full redesign and re-landscaping of the front and back yards of my new home in Old Metairie, and my experience with them was nothing short of excellent. I began the process by using their landscape design service. Martin Romero, the landscape architect that I worked with, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and creative, and his response time to phone calls/emails/texts was scary fast. In addition, he stayed involved in the process from all the way through installation. The installation crew was always friendly, professional, and efficient--even in heat of July in New Orleans. Multiple members of the crew approached me during installation and told me, "if you don't like something, you let me know. I'll fix it." The same goes for Richard, the project supervisor, who kept open lines of communication throughout installation to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Mullin. It is an exceptional operation.

Mullin Landscape is one of the best Landscaping companies around. The crew takes pride in their work, the supervisors are always on site making sure I'm satisfied with the job they are doing. If there is an issue which is seldom I just make one phone call and the next day the issue is taken care of. But most of all when Mullin finish the job it's always a beautiful site to see.

From time to time, if you are lucky, you have a perfect experience with a company. That is certainly true for my experience with everyone at Mullin Landscaping and most specifically with Martin Romero. From a customer satisfaction perspective, Martin is the best! He was available and affable and delivered perfect and timely communications 24/7!! There were many changes to original design and were implemented cheerfully and exactly. Also, Graham and all landscape workers were great in every way. Their attention to detail was superior. I really cannot say enough about everyone and how thoroughly pleased I am with the whole experience and finished product. They far exceeded my expectations and for those who know me well, they would say it is unbelievable. Thank you so very much, Martin!

Previouly posted a positive review but need to amend since the sod delivered and installed by Mullin in June had a chinch bug infestation. As a result, it all died (2 months later)and had to be replaced at our expense. Further, the hardscape decking around pool contributed to pool discoloration and pool had to be replastered(4 months old) at our expense as well. Despite contract and attempts at communication to negotitate a compromise, Mullin did not assume any responsibiility for these issues or stand behind their sod product.

I’m very happy with the results of my backyard landscaping and pool. Every phase of Mullin’s project went well, starting with looking at my yard, listening carefully to my vision, and then creating a design that was a huge improvement over my imagination. They quickly understood what I wanted, provided options, and then we zeroed in on a plan. I hired Cornerstone Pools Inc. to build my swimming pool (who also did a great job), and Mullin and Cornerstone worked well together to include a great pool design in the landscape design. After we defined the plan, Mullin was quick to get started, with the foresight to quickly order long-lead items, which in my case was Peacock Pavers. When the decking finally arrived, Mullin was ready to move quickly to execute the plan, even with impediments like Hurricane Ida and COVID. I always appreciated their attention to detail, their efforts to keep me informed on their schedule, and their eagerness to listen to me as the customer. I also appreciated the onsite crew and their efforts to do a quality job. When they finished my project, I was very happy with the final product! I’m so happy that I’ve been talking to Mullin about some additional work I would like them to do for me.
