It’s a scam don’t use!! Took my $69.99 and didn’t return my money

My wife called to get a quote on a repair, when asked if she wanted to make an appointment, she said she was just getting a quote for now and *click* they just hung up on her.

Horrible customer service.

Overpriced in order to take the $70 dispatch fee, I do not recommend.

Awful phone support, unreliable and liars. Waited all day for a repairmen and when calling back they told me they called and left a message hours beforehand that they weren't coming, and nether phone number I gave them had a missed call or message left on the machine.

Very pleased with the results. I strongly recommend them. Very fair quote and most importantly, they take care of you in a timely manner.
