My blower motor gave out in the attic. They came by and said they were gonna call me with prices for others. They never got back to me so I went with someone else.

We use the yearly maintenance service for A/C in the spring and heater in the fall. It’s affordable and reliable. They even came back to bring me a new A/C filter. Highly recommend

The technician was very knowledgeable, was able to show me exactly what was wrong with the system, provide an estimate and tell me what I could do in the future to prevent it. Mike Davis has been my a/c go-to for 15 years. He has, from the start, always been honest, thorough, and more than fairly priced. I recently had to install a new central air/heating system and connect it to a dehumidifier in the attic. Since I was spending a lot of money, I got a quote from another company, too. They didn't understand my dehumidifier set-up and questioned it, wanting to do a lot of unnecessary work. I called Mike for his advice, and he took the time to explain it all and why it was set up the way it was, and even attached it to the new a/c unit at no extra charge. I've always felt that I'm in trusted hands with Hagerman Services, and that's hard to find these days in any service industry. I also hire them to do regular maintenance.

The team came at 11am when the appointment was 1pm to 3. Luckily I was ready.
The men were polite and knew their jobs. I can't opine on the effectiveness of the new dryer duct now. It will be a year before evaluating effectiveness. But I can attest that the men were professional and the ducts look good.

My A/C unit shut down in the middle of a extremely humid summer. I called Hagerman Services and they came over the same day. After identifying the challenge, they ordered parts (and expedited the shipping with no cost to me) but created a temporary fix. Once the parts came in, within two business days, they had my A/C unit up and running. It was an amazing experience with excellent customer service. I would recommend Hagerman Services to any and everyone. Very professional, great customer service, showed up on time and was reasonably priced.

I was told by the technician that he would order a part to replace a faulty turn on switch and come back within four days. After he didn’t return the fifth day, I called the office to find out if he would come back to complete the repair. The office manager stated that he received the wrong part and will reorder the part and let me know when he receives it. The office manager also stated she was going to call him and call me right back. It’s been three days later and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I’m very dissatisfied with the service.
After I called the company back on December 13, I was informed that someone would be coming on December 16..The owner of the company did come as promised. He apologized for the mishap He explained the problem to me and fixed it. He was very pleasant and polite. Along with fixing the reported problem, he replaced the thermostat. I am very satisfied with the the service and I would certainly recommend his service to anyone else.

Mike was professional, courteous, on-time, and very capable. My Mitsubishi mini-splits had not worked for a few months and my regular AC repairman was unable to diagnose the problem correctly, so I called Mike at Hagerman and made an appointment. At my request, Mike called me 20 minutes before he arrived at my house and was on time. He diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and made another appointment to install. Before that appointment, he called me 20 minutes out, and, again, arrived on time. The units were fixed and are working great and Mike’s price was reasonable
