AM solutions is a great and knowledgeable company. I called Anthony on a weekend Holiday, he was at another job but made a call and within an hour Joe showed up and fixed my AC. He was very friendly and knowledgeable person. Thank you Anthony and Joe.

So glad I got the recommendation from my friends to sign up for the maintenance plan AM Solutions offers. Devin was awesome! He did the inspection, helped me figure out where my filter is located, placed the filter (previous home owner didn't leave one in place on the unit), let me know what he saw needed done, and let me decide what would be done and when. No pressure to make it all happen immediately like other companies tend to do...

FANTASTIC. They made the whole job move like butter. I hired Ben, with AM Solutions by phone, sight unseen. I live in Monroe LA now but my house is in Independence. When I listed it for sale, It needed a sewer certification and while he was there Benjamin replaced the septic aerator. Then they cleaned the HVAC system for me. I never had to be present for any of their work. The price was fair and much deserved. My broker also confirmed the high quality of their work. I highly recommend AM Solutions for their professional, affordable, and trustworthy services!!

I don't write this to slander, but just want to be honest with our experience which wasn't great. My husband called them originally to clean out our drain lines because water had been coming out the secondary line meaning the main line was probably clogged. They came out, did their work and were paid for it. Less than 2 months later and water begins coming out the side of the house again (secondary line) so we just wanted to make sure they did the job correctly on the drain lines and didn’t miss something. I call and they send someone out that day, not mentioning charging us anything for this. Someone comes, says they will need to check some prices and quote us for what needs to be done. We were quoted 1300$ for them to come clean the coil. That is a lot of money so we decided to get a second opinion. We had a second company come out and inspect the same coil and was told it was fine . The second company removed a part of the drain line and rerouted it and we no longer have the leak. It's just frustrating to be quoted $1300 for something seemingly unnessary and now still being charged $125 because we wanted them to look at the drain lines again to make sure it was taken care of correctly. After paying around $200 for the first job, just to still have the same problem. I understand service charges, but that should have been stated on the phone before someone was sent out a second time. I'm glad most people have a good experience, but this was not the case for us.
