Man, These guys and girls never stop amazing me with their knowledge and expertise. My man Chris has come out to my house three or four times in the past and it fixed the issues that come up and also service my unit. He is a top notch guy, very knowledgeable, and very trusting individual.

We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Our technician, Cameron, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor in record time. We were nice and cool within 20-30 minutes of his arrival. YAY!!!!

My AC unit was having trouble keeping up with the desired temp. Called Comfort Control and spoke with Mrs Amber. She was very nice and let me know they would be out that day to troubleshoot the problem. I appreciated that Mrs Amber called me to let me know when the technician was on his way, as well as receiving a text right before she called. The technician was professional, and communicated to me through the whole process of the repair. All and all was a great experience and at the end of the day was able to sleep in the cool air condition.

Our AC was not cooling the past couple of days, after troubleshooting over the weekend we called Comfort Control to come out & take a look at it. After some maintenance we were back up & running! The technician was great & we are appreciative to be cool again!

In the summer of 2020 on a weekend, our AC went out and I remembered seeing Control Comfort’s advertisement on the front of Go Pages. We called them and they responded within a couple of hours and had our AC repaired quickly. Another AC issue occurred this year and again they responded quickly same day and had us back up and running. I signed up for their annual service plan and they came back out to clean and inspect my units. This team has been great and I will only use Comfort Control for our home and business. Special thanks to Chris our technician the last two visits. Very professional and respectful!

My husband and I are extremely happy with our new cooling and heating system. Todd brings knowledge and a very competent team to do the job.
All of the guys were respectful and helpful answering our questions as we thought of them. I even asked to go in the attic to see the final “product” and the new filter since we were changing to a two stage system.

Chris and his team are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I shopped around with 10+ highly reviewed companies before choosing comfort control to replace my HVAC system. They were very competitively priced, the most detailed in their plan, & offered a 0% interest financing plan. They went above & beyond to fix a couple of road bumps which shows they care about their work & will not leave a job half done. The office staff was very nice as well. Highly recommend them to anyone for AC needs! Hang onto Chris and Cameron! Those are exactly the type of people any company would be lucky to have working for them.

Once again great service from Comfort Control Heating and Air. They always call or text that the technician is on their way. Mike Allbritton came out today and serviced both of our units. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything that was done today. Highly recommend them.

I have used this company for years and have always recommended them to others! After my last experience, I will no longer be doing either.
I called a few days prior and paid diagnostics fee, tech couldn't find issue, was told call back if it did it again,a 2nd diagnosis fee would be waived. Called back 2 days later.
I was told before hand how much it was gonna cost, but not how long it was, I did not know how long it was going to take, so I didn't question the cost, as I was always treated fairly by this company in the past.

I was charged $500 for labor on a warranty job, that only took 50 minutes to complete. When I inquired about it, I was told that I was charged an additional hour, for tech to go back to the shop to retrieve the part needed. Then was also told the addition cost was to cover companies overhead, company insurance, secretaries pay to order the part, and other company related overhead.
No itemized billing to give you a break down of the charge. I originally didn't get a receipt I had to request one, in the past, I was always had receipt before technician even pulled out my driveway.
