As a neighbor, these guys at Klein Construction are truly disgusting and horrible to work with. They started the day with the machine operator openly urinating in front of my wife, which resulted in police coming to the scene. They ended the day by disregarding safety protocols and running their equipment over the sidewalk and breaking it up. They still have not repaired the damage they caused or returned calls.

Klein Construction did an outstanding job on site work with their heavy equipment. They were hardworking, and got the job done right. They communicated with our engineer and saved us money on the final project with their recommendations. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend them for specialty construction.

The company did not let neighbors know when they were going to begin demolition next door. Did not mitigate the HVAC system, just ripped the lines out with the excavator sending refrigerant into the atmosphere. In the beginning they had a man hosing down the job to mitigate dust and then he started harvesting copper and the hose work stopped. When they got to the back building, no mitigation whatsoever on the asbestos roof or floor tiles. But even worse, they dropped the entire cement block wall on my neighbors house and denied it when he got home. I have everything on video.
