I called Bryan first thing this morning and he immediately responded. Bryan came out, diagnosed the problem and our house is like an igloo tonight. Great guy who runs a great company and provides a more than fair service.

Cypress Air came out to my house when my blower was going but cold air was not. Within 15 minutes and 1 fuse later in my attic, the problem was identified as a capacitor on my outside condensing unit. Yeah… what?!

These guys are pros. I will say that the downside is that they’re not a large business sending different people out at the drop of a hat, but the positive side is that they’re not a large business sending mediocre talent out at the drop of a hat. They’re trained. They’re professional. They’re going to figure out whatever issue you’re having to get your HVAC system up and running again.

Unlike other companies I’ve used in the past that just pump Freon into my existing HVAC system and say “let’s wait and see…”; the guys at Cypress Air will do whatever it takes to ensure you’re taken care of. From cleaning drain lines to doing a complete replacement on your existing system, nothing is too small for Cypress Air to turn your problems into solutions. I know that sounds like some sort of cheesy poster/ad, but it’s true. I’ve used many different HVAC companies over time and Cypress Air is the only company to be consistently reliable, affordable, and provide quality work.

I received professional service from some great people. They showed up and done the job without hesitation and didn’t leave til it was finished. I am very please with the quality and efficiency of their work. I would highly recommend them to any and all of my family and friends. Their prices are affordable and they do great work. You don’t find many companies better than Cypress Air and people better than Bryan Tannehill. These guys are exactly what you want in a service provider. They understand their customers’ needs and go out of their way to offer solutions to fit your schedule and budget. I won’t use anyone else for my HVAC needs.

After having issues my my AC unit not cooling properly, I contacted Cypress Air on Thursday. The following day (Friday), technicians were at my house diagnosing the problem with my system. These guys were professional in every way. They were polite and helpful to me, answering any questions I had. Cypress Air is without a doubt, a company I would again for any needs with my HVAC system.

Cypress quickly responded when I was in a bind. Other companies were days or even weeks out but Cypress scheduled me in the day I called. The owner, Mr. Bryan, was professional and honest. He could have just told me that my entire unit needed to be replaced and I would have believed him, instead, he repaired only what was necessary and I’ve had no issues since. I now use Cypress for yearly maintenance.

Had a fantastic experience! My AC went out at 4 pm on a Thursday (100 degrees outside). I called Cypress AC, and they had a technician out within an hour. They were incredibly professional and managed to get my system back up and running on the same day.

My additional ac unit failed late Monday night. I reached out to Cypress Air on Tuesday morning and they were able to send techs out to diagnose in a couple hours.
Unit had a leak and was not repairable. They were able to order and install a new system on Thursday at a fair price.

I've been doing business with Mr. Bryan with Cypress Air for more than 7 years. He is a fare person, I trust his expert opinion 100%. Bryan has always responded with my air conditioning problems in a timely manner. I've been so impressed with his professional service, that I've had Bryan work on other family members A/C. AC started acting up Monday night and I left a voicemail after hours.
Cypress Air returned the call early the next morning and came out for a diagnostic inspection the same afternoon.
They fixed several problems and let us know about the possibility of what may be necessary in the future for our AC system.
No hard sell pressure, just informed us to be able to make future plans.

We were in a really bad situation with our old A/C unit. We needed a whole new system and Brian and his guys took care of us. He recommended a quality product and quickly and efficiently installed it for us. Having a company that will offer emergency response is critical in Louisiana! I now have peace of mind that Cypress Air will be there when we need them.

Woke up to no AC this morning. Called Cypress at 830am and my system was repaired and working by 11am! Mr Bryan Tannehill was courteous and respectful. He answered every question I had. Price for the service was more than reasonable. Safe to say I have him programmed in my contacts as my permanent AC repairman.

My regular AC man retired so a neighbor referred me to Cypress Air in Zachery. I am so glad I called them because the services were excellent, they worked hard to get my AC working, and Brian kept me updated every step of the way. I called at 8:30 one night and Brian was at my house within a half hour. I have had a contract with this company for years.Have never been disappointed. Any time he has sent one of his employees they have always been very polite

I had the pleasure of working with Brian the owner of Cypress air and it was an amazing experience. In short I called them at 8:00 in the morning and they were at my house within a few hours to take care of my AC unit. The key thing with an HVAC contractor is finding when you can trust, Brian came he listened to the unit and went through everything and explained to me that he couldn't find any issues and that the sound I was hearing may have been a one-off time. He service the unit and made sure to address any questions I had. The fact he didn't try to upsell or tell me something was wrong with the unit told me everything I know about the way Cypress air runs their business and I love to see it. Looking forward to a lot more business in the future and thank you again Brian for the great customer service!
