This review is for a Frigidaire freezer whose fan malfunctioned the day after delivery (warranty claim). The Appliance Guys was very responsive and helpful; Rick Dill was the tech that came for the freezer repair and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all helpful. We ended up having to call the seller of the appliance to request a return, and Rick assisted us during the call and provided indispensable help during this process as well. The Appliance Guys will be my first call if I need repair service in the future.

We had our dishwasher serviced yesterday. It was under warranty, and these guys are the ones that were sent out to our home. We weren’t hopeful because in the past we had a new washer/dryer combo worked on multiple times, and ultimately the company ended up giving us a full refund.

Butttt…Rick showed up! Not only did he have the parts to fix our dishwasher on hand, he was knowledgeable, personable, kind, answered every question we had, cleaned up his mess, and even took his shoes off…even though I told him he didn’t have to. Rick didn’t leave until everything was fixed and cleaned up. He was also great with my child, dog and gave us pointers on good appliances to buy in the future.

I would definitely recommend this service technician, and will keep his card on hand for any future repairs! Call Rick, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service from everyone. Jim was super helpful over the phone in pointing me in the right direction with the situation we had. Our technician Joe did a great job with the work we needed and was very efficient as well. Would definitely recommend The Appliance Guys to anyone in the area.
