Project was completed in a timely manner. Every facet of the project was organized so that there was no down time. Workmen were a pleasure to have around the rest of the building. If they could be helpful, they were quite willing to lend a hand.

We have worked with Ganneston Construction on the renovation of three two-unit buildings, a three-unit building, and a six-unit building, in addition to some smaller projects in our larger multi-family properties. Ganneston stands out because of its team -- smart, creative, practical, and engaged. They work so well with our staff and our design team. And, most importantly, they are organized which makes for seamless project management. While each of our projects has been a little bit different, the quality of Ganneston’s work has not wavered – from pricing, quality of construction, follow through, working with subcontractors and suppliers, and warranty issues, Ganneston has consistently delivered.
