Scott is clearly an extremely knowledgeable arborist wit exceptional rope skills. He meticulously took care of an enormous tree which was near roof tops and power lines. Highly recommend.

Responsive, punctual and very up front with fair, honest estimates for the excellent work completed taking down a large dead tree today. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Scott and his helper did an awesome job cutting down our tree and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend!! We are also going to use him to grind down some tree stumps. Very reasonable prices.

Scott came exactly when I asked him to and expertly cut down three trees by climbing the trees and cutting them piece by piece. He only used a pickup truck, a utility trailer, his chainsaw and pole saw, along with some ropes. My lawn was not disturbed at all. Scott is very reasonably priced and very professional. He is a very nice man who is dependable, highly skilled, and very hard working. I would highly recommend Dirty Work to anyone needing any type of tree service, whether it be trimming or felling trees.

Updating my review because company left their wheelbarrow, I emailed asking them to pick it up. That said they would.. 5 months later it’s still sitting (now in two pieces from rotting) in my yard for me to figure out how to dispose of.
Great service. Very prompt response to my inquiry, a reasonable quote for work needed and a great job completed. a wonderful and easy process from start to finish with great communication! That seems so rare lately.

I had a pesky old Pine tree that was starting to lean a fair amount after that first initial wind storm this winter and just kept progressively getting worse. Being in the middle of the Bangor, it was giving me major anxiety on where it would fall if it were to naturally come down.
Scott was the first person I contacted and I am sure glad I did! Very professional and experienced. Told me he would come within the next couple of days (right before yet another wind storm) and he was right there ready to go! Had a bulk of a tree down in no time!

Scott really saved me from a lot of trouble and cost. After a storm, a large tree on the shoreline was partially uprooted and would either fall partially in the lake, or on my neighbor's patio. My site offered no access for equipment. Scott came and removed the tree right away, all by climbing and by hand. His years of experience were evident, as he made it look easy. He must have been born in a tree:). The entire tree was cut into pieces small enough to handle as I requested.

He is thoughtful and courteous. A really good person you are happy to have met. I've got him coming back to down another problem tree near my power line. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Very happy with Blue Water Tree Service! Great communication from start to finish. I had a tree pruned and 1 removed and I couldn't be happier! Last time I had that tree pruned it looked TERRIBLE. I have worked with Robert and Bluewater Tree crews several times for pruning, large tree removal and stump grinding. Definitely in the top 10% of arborists for his skill, experience and professionalism. Bluewater removed some monster pines I doubt other local companies could have taken on. Also thanks to John for all the stump grinding. Quality work is hard to find these days but Bluewater delivered..

Robert came in an emergency situation to help me remove a tree that fell on my house. He’s the guy for big jobs like this and I was very lucky he put off other jobs to help me. Can’t express enough how highly I recommend him and his team.

Robert and his crew responded during our recent storms and took care of a large tree on our house and several other trees that blew down. They were excellent. They did a great job for us. Next comes stump grinding.

I called Robert about a job that was beyond my skill level, and he and his son came up less than 24 hours later to look at it and give me an estimate. They made some excellent recommendations and advised me they could do the work within the next week for a very fair price. His communication, honesty, and work were excellent, prices were very fair, and I couldn't recommend anyone above him and his crew. I will use BlueWater Tree Service again for my next serious tree project.

Robert was incredibly responsive and excellent with communication. He was very informative, provided me with multiple options and pricing on pruning vs removal. I met Robert and on a Friday, started the process on Monday and finished on Tuesday. In total, Blue Water Tree Service cut down 11 trees, on 3 different properties. No damage. And the cleanup afterwards was fantastic. My neighbors, tenants and myself can now worry about one less thing knowing a huge tree isn't going to come crashing down. 100% recommend Robert and Blue Water Tree Service.
